Generally pleasant but inattentive staff who seem to spend extraordinary amounts of time talking at the front desk with tenants who don't spend their time in the office doing much work; unsanitary kitchen refrigerator and coffee pots; though tenants report problems to staff (related to other tenants' noise, unacceptable behavior), little or nothing is done about it unless successive repeated complaints are made

Great service in the front reception area. All my clients love the free coffee and donuts. Parking is weak, but my clients need the exercise.

I was looking at either leasing my own space or going with a business center. When I interviewed Premier, I was blown away by their follow through and friendliness. After having now leased with them, I don't ever want to go back to the "old" way of office space and the headaches that come with them.

I did not find this location at first. I was looking on the other side of the freeway. But that location was rude, and uninterested. I was referred to this location and found the staff to be friendly, professional and very inviting. I highly recommend.
