My company, Impervious Protection and Consulting Group, has used Premier Workspaces at 521 Fifth Avenue (17th floor) multiple times over the past two weeks, renting both 8-person and 10-person conference rooms, and the experience has been outstanding every time.

The front desk team has been nothing short of amazing. Their attention to detail, professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness—especially toward our interview candidates—truly stood out. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure we have everything we need, which makes a significant difference during busy interview days.

A special thank you to Christina Lugo, the facility manager, who has been incredibly supportive and proactive in making sure each visit runs smoothly for our company and team. Her dedication and hands-on approach do not go unnoticed.

We have been with Premier for over 5 years. We have a great location, the space is modern and new and the team is great.

Additions made to the kitchen since the acquisition from Prime Office Centers are positive (water machine, better coffee, utensils, etc.). However, the biggest problem with this office remains the tenant that constantly has borderline homeless people as guests visiting our floor. It is embarrassing when we have our professional guests waiting for us by reception. I'm all for programs that help the socially disadvantaged, but this isn't the type of office environment for it.

Great staff. Upgrade to kitchen is superb

So far, so good. Nice accoutrements that we didn't have before with coffee and breakfast. But, as always, the main issue will be what Premier does with the rents. Also there are still noise issues that have not been dealt with. I can hear my neighbor in my office as if he is actually in my office. and there are bands that play on the corner. Because I have a vent in my office, the sound is magnified and it literally prevents me from working. No one seems to want to do anything about it. It presents a very serious problem for me.
