I bought a small Tutto Trolley from Premier Stitches of Texas online. I gave their chat person the dimensions of the case for my featherweight and asked if the case would fit into the small trolley and she said yes. So I ordered the small trolley. The trolley arrived but it was too small for the case to fit in. I immediately asked to exchange it for a more expensive medium Trolley but they refused, even though it was their fault for telling me the small would work. I would never order from them again and advise you not to also.

Quality products until you have an issue. Customer service is there, but they won’t let you send back a defective item even it’s been 32 days, 30 is the max, but the item is defective! Arghhhh. I have spent lots of money here, they don’t care, they don’t want to refund me $50, are you sure it’s worth losing a long time solid customer, guess not. Very disturbing, sad and disappointing

Being able to get a extension table for my sewing machine. Received my table, I was so excited that it fit perfectly. I have been quilting and this has made a big difference. Great corsponce and recieve in a very timely matter. Great service!

I'm new to embroidery and being able to purchase the larger size as well as 16 count of embroidery thread at one time, made life a lot easier. I can't wait to purchase more products. Oh yeah! Delivery didn't take long at all.

Pedal foot on my Bernette b38 sewing machine was malfunctioning. I was able to find an exact replacement easily and quickly. This company has the right search tools and ordering was quick and easy. Delivery was timely and product worked as expected. I highly recommend this company.

I ordered a sewing extension on 9/12/2023. I didn't get a confirmation email on the purchase. I look every day at the status of my order and it is always "Awaiting Fulfillment". I had the same experience with a former order. They offer little confirmation or shipping status. I never know when it will arrive or the shipping status.

Price was good and shipping was quick.
