I believe these people bent over backwards to be helpful, and when things did go wrong (a misunderstanding about what was to be printed in colour and what in black and white for the quoted price) were willing to do anything to put them right. We delivered a cheque in payment for the printing, and were honoured with an unexpected guided tour of the printing works. The printed booklets were well presented and pleasing, and the value for money excellent.

This is the first time I've used Premier Print Group. Joseph Cicero was my contact and he offered a super-helpful, good humoured and professional service throughout the process. Even though ours was only a very short print run he treated our project with care and respect. I am very impressed both with his attitude to even the smallest of clients and the quality of the finished product.
