Terrible service. Kicked me out of the payment section twice and meant I missed out on tickets.

I've been trying to purchase Olivia Dean tickets on the Ticketek website and app for the last 3 days. The pre-sales and today when it was opened up to the public, but with no luck. I'll be online like an hour before it opens and still end up far down in the que and a few times I've managed to select tickets, but when I got to the check out, their system would just kick me out. How is this fair!!!!!!! Ticketek should have been prepared for the onslaught of fans wanting to purchase tickets and upgraded their system to accommodate so many people at the same time. This is utter stupidity and now we don't have tickets at all. My daughter is absolutely gutted, to say the least!!!!!! I will never use Ticketek again

I don't want to download the app to get my ticket. What a silly idea! Not every company needs there own app it gets ridiculous.

Well presented & cast inter related with the audience so well. We're very natural & looked like they were loving what they were doing

The audience were of my era and most of us participate during show. I couldn't stand and dance due to my feet problem but I dud dance while sitting down together with the audience. The performers were great as they includes us while they perform. I and my friend enjoyed ourselves that night. It was our first time watching a live show for us in NZ though we been here for a long time.

The show was great and seats were comfortable

We got last minute tickets and had restricted view ticket but it was actually sensational. The show and staff were wonderful clearly explaining what we needed to do to get to our seats. We usually choose tickets in the stalls but will go gallery next time.

Great show. Everything flowed.

Fantastic show. Great acting and improv. There was an audience member who kept calling out but the cast were v professional and didn’t get at all rattled. As a ticket payer it was a little frustrating but I suspect the person maybe had Tourette’s so I’m trying to be more tolerant.

The whole evening was well organised, entry to the Isaac theatre was smooth and the show itself was fabulous.
Everyone was encouraged to dance and enjoy themselves which was refreshing and the cast certainly seemed to enjoy the audience involvement.

My daughter and I loved it all! The calibre of the musical talent, the choreography, the acting talent, the staging and sound quality were all amazing ! What an incredible show!

It was excellent, however the emails received the day prior regarding a show we weren't booked at was confusing and just a tad stressful, in case we'd messed up!

What a funny, emotional, and heartwarming show. The music is sensational!!! I was singing to it nearly the whole time. The empowering theme is awesome!!! Hats off to the cast. I wanted to watch it again!

Still smiling from ear to ear after seeing "& Juliet" at the Isaac Theatre Royal in Christchurch with my daughter. We were lucky enough to be sitting in the front row and were completely transfixed from beginning to end.

What an extraordinary production. The energy, vocals, choreography, humour and sheer talent of the cast were absolutely phenomenal. The costumes deserve a special mention too. Absolutely stunning, creative and beautifully executed, they added so much colour, personality and theatrical magic to the show.

It was clever, uplifting, laugh-out-loud funny and inspirational, all wrapped up in a soundtrack packed with hit songs that had the whole audience buzzing. Sitting in the front row made it even more special. Every expression, costume detail and powerful moment landed right in front of us, and we barely looked away for a second.

A couple of casting choices felt a little unexpected for us personally, but that would be our only small niggle in what was otherwise an outstanding production.

It was pure joy and one of the most entertaining, feel-good shows we’ve seen in years. Bravo to the entire cast and crew for a truly memorable night.
