My son is very sporty and full of energy, so attending Premier Education during the school holidays is a fantastic outlet for him. He really enjoys the activities and always comes home happy and engaged. The staff are excellent—supportive, friendly, and great with the children

Really easy and straight forward to book - as well as later on and last minute which was really supportive.
My child enjoyed and asked to go back - enjoyed the sporting and gaming activities.
Special mention to Will who facilitated the session on the 13.04.26 which my child attend MPS (school) - my child shared how he was ‘great’ and asked to return because he made it a positive experience

My son attended the Easter holiday club at Canada Hill. Every day he was so excited to go to the club and had such a fun time. Thank you so much for giving Jonah such a fun week 😄

Absolutely fantastic! First time using a holiday club and my daughter loved it. Staff were great and were really understanding of my daughter’s ASD. Greeted every day with a smile and there was always a variety of activities to choose from. Will definitely use again.

My 6 Year old has recently been attending the wrap around care, the 2 ladies that run it on a Tuesday are absolutely fantastic, they are caring and diligent with all the children in their care.

Following on from my son going to the wraparound care, we booked the holiday day session, he absolutely loved it, he has not stopped talking about it for the past 2 evenings.

The booking process was easy, they were proactive on safeguarding the children, asking for a password when collecting, the building was secured and he came home with a massive smile on his face! - (What more can a working mum with mum guilt in the school holidays want!).

The only small thing that would develop this further is possibly a 'what we are doing today' an outline or a plan when your booking so the kids can get excited for it, I know my child was more apprehensive on the first day as he wasn't quite sure what the day would entail.

But overall 5/5 and we will be booking again for the next school holidays!

Really not happy with your latest T&C's. I needed to cancel my son's holiday camp bookings, I gave ample notice (I knew I needed more than 24 hours so I gave a week's notice) but was charged anyway, I know the spot would have been booked by another parent so I'm not happy that I've still be charged for a activity which my son didn't attend. No point booking in advance, just costs parents more money.

The payment through TFC account was a little confusing and a few issues adding the correct provider based on details provided.
This is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. My kids are both quite reserved and easily overwhelmed but they both flourished at this club. They are kept busy and have plenty to do. New friends made and picked up at the end of each day with happy faces. The staff are all wonderful and do a fantastic job keeping them all entertained. I wish I could spend the time with them but unfortunately my job doesn't have the flex to cover every school holiday, so it is such a relief to know they are looked after and have so much fun

My children really enjoyed the camp. As a parent I was really impressed with how the staff interacted with the children and the parents. Really engaging, warm, friendly and fun.

Daughter enjoys it and having two different durations/costs is good. She misses knowing what’s lined up for the day. A list of activities in order for that day that they can see through the day would be appreciated, certainly by her

Amazing experience

This review is no reflection of the onsite staff who most importantly provide excellent service and care for my daughter. The back office function however is impossible to navigate, unable to speak to anyone - phone lines ask for you to leave a voice mail which is never answered. 20 plus emails sent in the last two months and not a single person answers or replies- not sure how a business can function in this manner.

My children regularly attend after school clubs and holiday clubs with Premier Education and they always have an amazing time! I couldn't fault them in any way. Special shout out to James who my kids get on with really well and he always makes sure they're well looked after.

My daughter suffers with anxiety and has behavioural difficulties and she loves going to the holiday sessions. The staff are friendly and welcoming. They are very attentive and always let me know how she has been during the day at the end of each session. They are all great with her. I can’t recommend them enough.

Excellent service for the local area.
My child really enjoyed the wide range of activities and made new friends.
So glad this provision is provided. Most services only offer 10-2.
Offering places until 4pm is valuable for working parents.

Friendly and professional in drop off and pick up.
Down to earth and engaging with the children from what I observing when picking my daughter up and watching her come out, under their supervision.
My daughter said she wanted to go again, and enjoyed the activities.

They had a great time at holiday camp this Easter again, staff were friendly and clearly get to know kids well. Activities were enjoyed and they were happy to arrive each day.
