I subscribed for the 15-day trial for the 3-month package. Instead, I was added to a WhatsApp group that was blank. I enquired about the Telegram group, and I was told I had to renew my subscription (very strange after 1 day, while still in the so-called "trial period"). All efforts to resolve this with support were in vain. He was very rude and insisted that the trial did not include Telegram. As I write this, my trial was cancelled even before the so called 15 day period was over. I did not see any product or service offered by this company, and will advise people to be very careful, as from my experience there are a lot of red flags.
I am ready to provide evidence of all the dishonest business practices of this company.

We would like to thank Trustpilot for removing two fake reviews by this reviewer. After Trustpilot removed his earlier fake reviews, this reviewer found our community admin’s WhatsApp number, called him using inappropriate language, and began sending abusive messages, offensive emojis, and threats that he would post another negative review. Now, he posted another negative review, which raises further concerns regarding the authenticity and intention behind these reviews.
We are very surprised that someone who did not pay a single penny for our service is repeatedly harassing our team and damaging our company’s public reputation through multiple false reviews.
➡️ Now, regarding the claims made in this review:
This is a false and misleading review. However, we appreciate that you confirmed you subscribed to our 15-day trial service and were successfully added to our WhatsApp community, which clearly shows that the service was provided as promised. Nevertheless, we would still like to clarify the points mentioned in your review below.
1. Blank WhatsApp Community Claim:
The claim regarding a “blank WhatsApp community” is misleading. Due to WhatsApp community rules, newly joined members can only view posts shared after they join the community. Previous posts are not visible to new members, which is standard WhatsApp functionality and not an issue with our service.
2. Non-Existent Telegram Channel Claim:
This claim is completely false. We provide Telegram channel access only to full package subscribers, not to trial users. Since he subscribed to a 15-day trial service, it is normal and clearly within our policy that Telegram access was not included.
3. Trial Cancellation Claim: The customer himself confirmed that he would not continue the service. After receiving his confirmation, we cancelled his subscription status to ensure that no future renewal charges would occur. Therefore, his claim regarding cancellation is also false and misleading.
During our WhatsApp conversation, you mentioned that you would leave negative reviews and try to damage our website if your expectations were not met. Later, multiple reviews were posted, which you also referenced during our chat conversation.
We kindly request you, do not post false reviews based on misunderstanding or anger. We are committed to providing high-class customer service and always try our best to support every customer fairly and professionally.

Good Signal provider
This signal provider is one of the best ones I've seen so far. They give you signals with at least 1:2 RRR, so even if the price only touches TP1, you are already making a 1:1. Furthermore, they give you live updates about early closing and price movement. They don't have lifetime subscription, but it's definitely a good option.

Trading is about risk management. Of course there will be losing trades but if you are winning more than you are losing and managing your risk, you are going to make money. I have learnt many skills from many different services and this service is one of the best by far!!

This is probably the first negative review- ever - that I am writing about a service I used.
The quality of the signals is ok-ish, not great (many SL-es get hit and not many trades).
But the reason I am giving a 1-star review, is because they wrongly invoiced 1 more month of subscription.
On April 18 I sent an email to info preferforex.com to cancel my subscription (which was a few days before the end date). A week later I see 85 euros was deducted again from my bank account.
April 25, I emailed them about it, assuming they would apologize for the mistake and transfer the amount back.
However, I got an email back that they hadn't received the email and that they didn't offer refunds. I then sent a screenshot of the email containing the cancellation, but no response. I sent another email May 7th and a whatsapp message May 14th, but again no response.
That's not how you should treat customers. So overall, a very disappointing experience..

Thank you for mentioning that the signal quality was good. Because of this, we were surprised to see a negative review, as the issue was not related to the service itself.
Regarding the renewal:
Our payment gateway sent you a reminder 7 days before the renewal, on 17 April. Why didn’t you stop it then?
You claimed to have contacted us on 18 April, but we did not receive any email or WhatsApp message requesting to stop the renewal. We received your email on 25 April, one day after the renewal on 24 April. We replied explaining that we had not received any message from you on 18 April. Since the renewal had already been processed, we informed you to enjoy the service and assured you that the next renewal would be stopped.
You mentioned that you sent us a WhatsApp message on 7th May, but that is not true. We haven’t received any communication from you after 25th April. As Trustpilot does not allow image uploads, we are unable to share screenshots of our chat history. If you don’t want to continue our service, then why didn’t you leave the community?
Since you did not communicate with us after 25 April and continued enjoying our daily service, we assumed the issue had been resolved.
You did not stop the renewal process, even after the reminder sent by our payment gateway 7 days before, nor did you contact us via WhatsApp or web chat support. After enjoying a full month of service, you have now left such a review—do you consider this an ethical review?
In the future, when subscribing to any trial, please remember to cancel before the renewal date to avoid such issues.
