Overall good but frustrating communication
The admin and phone team were very helpful and a good service. I was frustrated on the day as I repeatedly asked for and was told I would get a call from the engineer in advance but instead he just turned up. The window was the whole day.

We experienced a bad sewer blockage
We experienced a bad sewer blockage, googled several different companies then my wife saw Precise Drainage Solutions on face book. So, decided to give them a try. 2 service engineers turned up the next day and were very knowledgeable and explained what they had to do and also what might be the cause of the blockage. In our case it turned out to be roots growing through the pipe. The blockage, cleaning of the manholes and re-sleeving the old pipe was done straight away and everything left clean and tidy.

Precise Drainage Solutions to the rescue!
I had a great experience with Precise Drainage Solutions. I originally called them out just to unclog a toilet, but the specialists quickly found a much bigger issue. It turns out there was a massive buildup in the main drainage system that had been there since the place was first built.
They took care of the whole thing right then and there. Now, everything is flowing perfectly and works like a clock. I’m really happy with how fast they worked and how well they communicated throughout the process. I definitely recommend them if you need honest and efficient help.

A happy customer
The property was visited on a Friday, A camera inspection of the external drain revieled the blockage problem that the jet washer could not reach and it was proposed to cut into the external drains to clean out and repipe as necessary and a quotation was given which was accepted. The work was carried out on the following Monday and the blockage removed resulting in a happy customer.

Fast and efficient service
I contacted this company to inquire about exploring why there was a bad smell coming from the drains in our garden. They came to check it out the following week and brought all the equipment needed to show very quickly that there was a significant amount of scale in my drains causing poor drainage.
They were able to come out less than 24 hours later to sort the whole problem, and went above and beyond- cleaning other pipes and our guttering.
They were neat and tidy and friendly towards my dog and my kids.
