Praxis Tech acts as a payment gateway and is known to process transactions for unlicensed or offshore casinos. Many users report that payments through Praxis were linked to scam betting sites or fraudulent crypto exchanges, with no clear refund route. Their Trustpilot score is low (2.6/5), and multiple reviewers have accused them of enabling fraudulent activity. Use extreme caution—especially if you see their name on your bank statement without recognizing the transaction.

I have been working with them a long time, only unprofessional staff there, especially support team, espesialyl it was noticiable under ex support team leader.. and her ex teem members, most of them already left company, as we understood.

Fraud take care I was frauded by the payment provider and the merchant take care !!!!

I have been working here for over a year and would like to share my experiences:

- High-ranking individuals often lack technical knowledge and understanding of operations. Imagine a tech person coordinating between departments and reporting to a manager who doesn’t grasp basic concepts. This issue is exacerbated when you address such a manager on Slack with detailed information, only for them to respond with irrelevant or nonsensical questions. Yes, I’m talking about Anna.
- The company’s micromanagement is a significant problem. They want to track every aspect of your work, including setting up time trackers, which is a clear sign of a toxic workplace.
- Many of my friends in the development team are frustrated by the changes implemented by Praxis management. The people in top positions lack the necessary skills and understanding to manage processes, personnel, and workflow effectively.
- It’s even more absurd when the department manager boasts about their workload and the number of tickets they’ve resolved. However, a closer look at the difficulty of these tickets or a technical inquiry reveals their lack of knowledge, leading to negative perceptions of the company and its leadership.
- Employees are treated poorly, with no recognition or respect. They can be fired without notice or a chance to say goodbye to colleagues, simply being deleted from Slack with no notification to others.
- There are rumors that some employees, who are friends with the managers, get promotions and salary increases. Conversely, if you complain about procedures or other issues, you will be treated poorly.

I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Stay away from them for sure!

Someone in the company named Asaf asked for a sum of money before starting work, and when we as a company paid him, he evaded everything and stopped responding to us (do not trust this company)

We trusted Praxis Tech, believing they had four PSPs ready for us after paying $2200. Asaf, our contact, constantly demanded this payment. Once we paid, they did nothing and Asaf became unreachable. After seven months, he sent an email to cancel the contract with false claims. Their good reviews are paid for and misleading. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company.

Not sure if I was just lucky but my companies experience with Praxis was seamless. Being a mid sized financial service company we wanted to quickly expand our payment methods without multiple integrations. An 8 week process from initial call to live transactions with dedicated real people was refreshing. My CEO is happy so thank you Praxis team

I have been working here for more than a year and have the experience to share with you here:

- people who are in high positions, don't know how things are working they are non-tech. You can imagine the situation when a tech person cooperates between different departments and go to their manager and that manager does not know simple things. The worse situation became when you address that person in Slack with a lot of things and details, she simply does not what to answer and asks stupid questions that are not related to the topic at all. Yes, I'm speaking about Anna.
- Micro control that's the worse thing in this company when they want to track everything that you are doing, they wanted to set up time-trackers -> which is a red flag and means that is a toxic company.
- I had a lot of friends from the development team and they are irritated by the changes that have made Praxis management. Those people don't how to work and they are in the top positions which involve controlling the processes, personnel, dedication of the new staff, and the flow of the work. You simply see that those people are not aware of what they are doing and what they should do.
- It's even more hilarious when the manager of the whole department indicates how she's hardworking and how many tickets she has solved but if you check the ticket difficulty or ask something more technical. You instantly see the knowledge of that person and you have negative thoughts about the company and how this company works with such managers.
- People are treated in a very bad way, they don't evaluate people at all, they can fire you and don't give any opportunity to farewell to colleagues, just deleting you in Slack and no Notifications that the person has left the company, they simply don't care.
- I've heard that there are people who are good friends with those "managers" and you may receive a new position and a bigger salary if you complaint about procedures and other staff you will be treated like sh#t.

Don't recommend this company to anybody stay away from them.

We have been working with Praxis for 3 years, and we are receiving incredible services for the two companies under our holding, both in technical aspects and in PSP recommendations. Especially Sadiq Gokal and their team provide us with very sincere and genuine support in every aspect. They assist us in the most urgent times and are extremely flexible in many areas. We are in an amazing harmony with them, and hopefully, we will continue working together as partners for a long time.

Choosing Praxis for our company has proven to be the best idea! Their payment optimization team has guided us toward the right local payment methods, which has dramatically boosted our approval rates and revenue in a few local markets. Their cashier solution truly does what they claim, and the support is excellent.

On the bright side, Praxis is truly a one-stop-shop solution to everything me and my team need, payment management-wise. That said, it takes time for them to integrate PSPs that aren’t currently available on their platform

It's quite a good solution for midsize businesses. New features are released all the time, and I find many of them helpful. The platform could do with a more streamlined interface but I don’t mind, to be honest. Keep up the good work!

This company definitely stands out from the crowd with the payment options they provide. I like how customizable things are so basically we build our payment setup on their platform, the way we need it. Some things are not as intuitive as you would expect so I did have to rely on support a lot when we were setting up, but they are very responsive.

Praxis is good. First of all, because they have A LOT of payment providers and this is not something we would have been able to handle in-house, given our small team and limited resources. They did help our business grow. The portal UX takes some getting used to but it’s manageable.

I think the most advantageous aspect of Praxis is that it can answer all your needs and requirements in one place. I've been disappointed by a few PSP mechanisms in the past, which were not the 'whole package'. Now that I need to communicate with only one factor, I save a lot of time I would have otherwise had to allocate.

This is a very adequate system overall, in terms of business needs. Getting used to the UX might take some time, but once you get the hang of it, the system is very intuitive.

My company is in the gaming industry, so naturally we've had the chance to operate with a few systems up to now. Praxis is surely the most ‘complete’ one, in the sense of how integral the solution is. Keep it up!

In order to perform some complex customization to your online page, you have to be a bit technology-oriented. I am, but I think it would do them good to make the system just a bit more 'user friendly'. Having said that, their support service is really helpful with any issue that we face.

Before I started working with this system, I used to communicate with a PSP which Praxis didn't work with. I did need to wait a while till they integrated with that PSP, but today everything works smoothly. I especially want to note their upgrades for the better, as well as the efficient support team.

My profits up 25% because of Praxis and it was the single best business decision I've made because it means I use many processors via Praxis, instead of being tied down to jjust one. This gives me more and more ways to make money. The price of Praxis is very cheap, and the service I receive from their comapny is amazing. Employees are so good I think should open up office in same city as well! I am very happy now because many new tech improvements come in very fast time, just 4, 5, 6 weeks a lot.
