They seem very clear with all the information, I definitely understood it all, also pointed out the percentage of fee in the first phone conversation and most companies don't like to give that figure until They have got your custom. Very pleased so far.

the man i first spoke to was very clear he did not loose his temper with me when icould not think quick enough i am hard of hearing and he had to repeat him self a few times. the second was a lady she was the same she put me at ease. she explained things to me . the day after she said some one would come to see me explain every thing to me in the morning i received a text saying his name and what time he would arrive and he was on time very nice man. he took some paper work with him and i signed some papers he said if i was succsesful it could be about 6 to 8 weeks which i am happy about thank you very much.

Hearing of the success from friends and family claiming back on their mis-sold PPI's through PPIClaimline; and, how effective and easy the entire claim process had been to them, I decided to claim back on what I considered was rightfully mine from similar circumstances and experiences also. I initially submitted the details of my proposed claim through the PPIClaimline website in the morning, and received a very efficient and informative call from a PPIClaimline representative that afternoon to advise me further and guide me along the next step of my personal claim process. Within days I had received the necessary documentation to read through, sign off my approval and return to PPIClaimline for their dedicated team of solicitors (along with copies of my original loan/card agreements) to start the claim procedure. Regular updates have been received via my e-mail since, keeping me informed of the process to hand every step of the way. It's been a relief to have a dedicated body do all the work for me. It was very quick, very simple, and thus far, I would highly recommend them to others. It will prove the weight of the fee should my claims be successful.

I must admit I am not very impressed as it is some time now since I heard from ppi claimline. I do not know how my query is going and have not been kept informed of their findings

the lady i was speaking to over the phone was very helpful friendly and knew all the answers to everything i asked. i never once felt that she was making an answer up because she didn't know it.

Just suprised it will take so long to sort out my claim

The customer care of PPICLAIMLINE is excellent. They keep their customers updated all the time through emails, text, and phone calls and they always emphasise that they will not charge you if your claim fails.

their speed and accuracy was beyond belief,as i sent some other docs to another company ,but still have not heard even acknowledgement.

PPI are the best user friendly company i spoke to before getting them to deal with my claim. I did speak to a couple of ither companies prior to PPI and all they were interested in were to get me to sign the application pack with least interested in my queries. PPI even offered to send an agent to my home to collect documenst etc. I would defenitely rate them as one of the best aorund and will suggest it to a friend.

So far I have had no problems, and have been kept upto date on process of my claim.
