The meals are filling, hearty and very tasty. If you read the ingredients lists there is nothing unrecognisable. They come frozen. Meals are slightly cheaper if you subscribe. I like that you have the option to one off purchase also. The online chat for queries has been helpful. I've ordered vegan and chicken dishes and also the soups. Only one I didn't like so far. My Hba1c has gone down from 40 to 36. The meals heat in the microwave in 7-8 minutes. I did feel they were maybe too expensive but when I checked what was I was spending on groceries that often went off, it actually worked out ok.

The delivery was excellent, really well packaged and clear updates on when the order would arrive.
The food was exceptional - high quality, very tasty and such a great variety. My particular favourite was the beef bourguignon - the quality of meat was superb and really tender.

Bought as a gift for a foodie brother and sister in law - they have never been so complimentary about frozen meals! Thank you

My wife and I found we no longer had time to prepare our own healthy meals from scratch due to starting a business. This company has proven to be the perfect solution for us. The meals taste amazing and close attention has been paid to the taste of the dishes, which are authentic and leaves you wanting more. I am also glad that the spice level has not been reduced for the British palate, which is sadly often the case; They keep it real. So glad to find a good meal subscription service after being disappointed with “the others”.

I really liked the ethos of this company, using organic and locally sourced ingredients. I was particularly impressed about the sustainability of the meals. Instead of using plastic tubs like the typical ready meals from the supermarkets, they used compostable cardboard tubs. I liked the whole grains such as quinoa for the entrees instead of white rice, so it's much healthier. The vegetarian parmigiana was excellent tasting and of the highest quality.
On the minus side, I personally found the spicier options like the Chicken Satay too spicy hot, and I couldn't finish the Tempeh meal, even with my adding greek yogurt which is the typical thing to do to turn the spiciness down. This level of spicy hotness would be of concern for those with ulcers or esophageal reflux. Might there be a way to make the meals mild, but add a spice packet for those who like it spicier?
Also, POW states all meals are low salt, which is a big health concern. However, at least the Mushroom Stroganoff was too salty. Perhaps it would be better to put in less soy sauce/salt and let people add their own to taste.
Even more variety in types of entrees would be welcome. Would it be possible to use some whole grain pasta, or Thai, Chinese, Japanese entrees, or Korma as possibilities?

Just delighted that everything is covered for my health , everything that I believe in , but it’s done for me as life is so hectic . Gluten free , no seed oils healthy but for once I don’t feel deprived of anything .

I've been ordering the frozen meals for a couple of weeks now and the amount of time and effort that it saves me is incredible, and what's more incredible is that the food is delicious and they are proper satisfying meals, not just meal replacements or tiny portions of food. On top of that the delivery and packaging is always top notch, so great all around, love it!

Made my first order when I had to be away from home a lot due to a family emergency. I’d been invited to a friends house a while back to sample her Pow meal and it was sooo delicious. So I ordered some POW meals for my teens so they’d have a full, healthy and tasty meal each night I was way- and could also put a meal in the oven easily for me when coming home late.
Oh my god- these meals are so well put together. They are incredibly tasty!!! I love every one I’ve tried. And nutritious too. I love that they’re so conscientious about nutrition because this is what I worry about if I can’t cook fresh food for my teens. I’m delighted we all love the meals and that they also nourish everyone.
I haven’t tried the sweets yet but will do with my next order. YUM times a hundred!! Highly recommend!
