Our Distribution Centres, which are located in the East Midlands and Hampshire, provide a daily delivery service to a wide area via its fleet of nine vehicles. We use only the most reliable carriers for all other delivery areas. We recognise all of our customers are individual and the needs of an industrial and commercial contractor can differ greatly from the needs of a domestic installer. Above all, Power Discount strives to ensure competitive price offerings to our customers.

All returns are FREE using either Royal Mail freepost system (or for larger items, a prepaid courier label)
You can return anything to us for any reason, even if you just didn't like it. Items can be opened but must be resalable.
You can return things to us up to 14 days after delivery.
If you opt for a replacement, one will be sent out as soon as possible.
If you opt for a refund, a full refund including your postage will be issued as soon as possible.

FIRST CLASS SERVICE. There was a slight delay as the items…
There was a slight delay as the items were out of stock, however I was contacted via email providing a clear explanation and apology together with an indication of when the delivery of the items could be anticipated.
The items were delivered within the timescale indicated.
The time of the delivery was clearly indicated within a 60 minute timeframe and again proved spot on.

I had an excellent experience with this company. Their pricing is extremely competitive. A few months ago, I purchased the same items from another supplier, West Base, but unfortunately after a break-in all of my switches and sockets were stolen. While searching for replacements, I came across this company and found that they offered exactly the same items at nearly half the price. In addition, the delivery arrived the very next day. Overall, I am very impressed with both the value and the service provided.
