Very poor post purchase customer care. Another customer lost 😡

I contacted POWERCUT yesterday 5th March when my parcel was delivered to the wrong address by the delivery company. Their customer service team replied to my email almost immediately. They were extremely helpful & contacted the delivery company on my behalf. My parcel was very quickly located & I am now in possession of a beautiful green fleece….. I also have a pink one! Most of my current & favourite gym clothing is from POWERCUT. It washes & wears really well. I can definitely recommend this company. Thank you The POWERCUT Team.

Es cómoda y de buena calidad, pero no es tan larga como pensé. Mido 1.78cm y me faltaron unos 10cm más de largo de pierna para cubrirla por completo. Es una pena, porque es un producto lindo, pero me guíe por el comentario de otras compradoras y por lo que media la modelo y me fue mal.

Top class customer service. Bought joggers that were delivered with security tag on. Got the joggers returned & replaced free of charge, very efficiently. Joggers are good. Went for size xs I’m 5ft 1 & the fit is good on me
