The clothes are great quality without having to pay ridiculous prices! Ive bought a couple pieces there and they're some of my favourites now

Have been looking for a decent raincoat for ages and found this one on their website. Really good quality, nicely lined and lightly padded with fleece lined pockets making it nice & cosy. Great length with zip that opens at both ends. I bought the wine coloured one which is really nice, well worth the €75

I have bought many items of clothing from Powercut. Only once was one faulty and with that the customer service was excellent from Danielle. Quick, efficient and sent a replacement item straight away when proof was shown that the item wasn't up to their usual standards.

Returned 2 fleeces that were received by this company 24th December . Per their email you are supposed to get notification once it’s been received that has not happened . I am still waiting on refund, emailed again today and received the exact same email. Would never buy from again don’t trust their customer service and not looking like I will get my money back AVOID AT ALL COSTS WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Ordered a 1/4 zip fleece and leggings. Sized down in fleece as per other reviews. I wear a size 12 and the size small is plenty big and roomy. Ordered a size m in leggings and they are perfect.

Excellent as always

The post was very slow. After I purchased online it took longer to receive than buying locally in Dunnes Cornelscourt.

I had an complicated issue with a missing return parcel. Danielle was so helpful and got the issue sorted. Danielle's customer service was excellent and gave me confidence in Powercut as an organisation.

Excellent advice and very friendly service from the girl in the Liffey Valley store.

I loved these leggings wore them mostly everyday in different colours

Ordered 3 fresh pairs for Christmas and the material has changed it’s cheaper not as comfy and there was tread hanging from the bum area
Also when I bend over they are more see through now the original material was fab so comfy and you couldn’t see anything when you bend over.

My friend agrees who also wears them every day
Won’t be buying again :-(
