Prompt delivery and goods in good order although the hedgehog wheels had the R and L stickers on the wrong wheels which took a bit of figuring out but ok now

Ordered part for trolley over Christmas period yet it came very promptly excellent service

The weather has stopped me getting out on the course with my Powerbug trolley so far, however the delivery service, information provided and set-up on the trolley was first class. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an easy to use electric trolley.

Bought new winter wheels. Only criticism is the left and right stickers must have been on the wrong wheels. Caused some confusion till I worked it out. Initially thought there was a fault with the motor or something as wheels were turning but not driving the trolley forward.

Product came well packed and on time. what made it better no delivery charge.

Somewhere out on my course the securing nut for the NX Front Wheel Assembly had come adrift.

Luckily, the quick release lever and bolt were still holding the Assembly together (only just!) but, with Xmas fast approaching, how was I going to fix this?

Contacted Powerbug and supplied a picture of the lever in situ. The next morning the nut was in the post and I received it on Xmas Eve, in time for my games over the holiday period!

First class customer service from start to finish!!! Doubted I would have the issue fixed before Xmas but Powerbug staff proved me wrong!

Easy to fit and change over.
