Item was sensibly priced with reasonable postage. Delivery was quick and the item fitted perfectly.

Incorrect part supplied, but I made it work
Part was delievered on time, but didn't fit despite being listed as correct - Apparently there's been a design change, which wasn't (and still isn't) mentioned on the site.
An alternative/correct part wasn't available so I had to remould the base of the new one to make it flat and drill holes in the frame to suit the different spacing of the mounting bolts.
I was offered a refund, but that would have left me without a fuel tank and an unusable machine

Mower Spares
The mower spares that I ordered from Power Spares were well made and good value. Packaging and delivery was also good. I did not receive a confirmation of order email or delivery email, though after contacting Power Spares, it was promptly confirmed that the order had been processed and was out for delivery.

The zendesk facilitry is not very good
The zendesk facilitry is not very good, I eventually got through to a person and a one to one chat resolved the missing part not delivered.The assistant, once he understood the problem helped to get it resolved.

I have been in contact with three people at Genpower after sales regarding my
HYMT5200X. Craig Wiles, Kevasini Mandhub and Paul Jones.
5 tickets have been issued 591270, 591781, 592096, 592592 & 592587.
I have responded to the best of my ability to requests made for:-

Paul directed me to the YouTube video showing me how to get my strimmer to run. I bought the screwdriver to adjust the motor with no success.
I asked you for details of a local service engineer with no success. Instead I was given massive details on how to send the equipment back. I found these impossible to comply with.
So for me your after sales is useless.
I think it is just adjusting the carburettor which is needed.HOW do I GET THAT DONE LOCALLY?
Don’t you have anywhere locally I can take it or do you NOT have a nationwide servicing ability?
