It took far too long to realize that my model had been modified and so the part that I needed was no longer available. The North Korea/China combination has definitely not been a success story for me. A refund for the useless part, £2.99 plus Courier cost is to be refunded I am assured.

An absolute shambles!
Between mixed messages from customer services, a missing order and the option of a replacement order with parts missing it was an absolute shambles.
Needless to say we opted for a full refund which they made us wait for, of course. We ordered elsewhere and everything arrived in a matter of days.

They allowed me to pay for a part, when it didnt arrive within a week i had to ring them to find out they were out of stock, no communication about this, then was told might be in stock in 3 weeks maybe longer. Really poor service i feel but as the only Hyundai parts place i feel i am stuck and will have to wait
