Livraison non conforme à ma commande
Livraison non conforme à ma commande, qui est passée obligatoirement sur internet sans aucun accompagnement commercial , facturation des frais de port alors qu’ils ne devaient pas être facturés , j’attends toujours le remboursement !!!
Pour l’échange on me demande de renvoyer à mes frais le colis et ensuite de recommander et de payer le produit qui d’un coup existe mais mettra 2/3 semaines à être livré.
Je déconseille fortement cette entreprise, j’estime être chanceux d’avoir été livré alors que j’ai payé par avance

We understand that it is very annoying that you don't know where you order is after you have placed the order online including payment. This situation is caused by logistical problems. Sorry.
You placed and paid an order on the 7th of June, this order was shipped out to you the same day. Unfortunately, due to an error of DPD, it was returned to our warehouse on the 9th. We shipped it out again on the 9th and emailed you that there is a delay in the delivery. We communicated this in English, we should have put an additional translation link in the mail, so you could read our feedback in French language.
Furthermore, we forgot to mention in the email that you can use the same tracking link to follow the package (hopefully delivery today). Our mistake, our apologies for this.
Tip: For in the future you can always write an email or talk by phone in French to us. We have French speaking colleagues working here. We email in English, because writing in French is more difficult without mistakes.
