Pott Candles Bewertungen

Absolutely gorgeous candle pots and candles which smell amazing. They are expensive but I still subscribed! 🥰

Love the candles. Had an issue with one which was dealt with quickly and easily and a replacement sent with no fuss.

Arrived quickly, exactly as described, very happy with the product and service

After some slight disappointment with the product, Potts were quick to rectify and I will purchase again!

Really efficient service, and lovely products. Most of the scents are absolutely lovely. The starter pack is very well made, and rather beautiful. The candle recipe is lovely, very little residue from the flame. All in all a lovely, valued product.

Good quality and lovely smell. Match s are a nice tough too.

I needed to contact Team Pott about one order and their response was speedy and super helpful. We love our candles. Much appreciated!

Beautiful pots either delicious smelling candles. I’ve used the refills and it works so well.

I have a rolling subscription and love getting a new, unexpected, scent each month. The scents are intoxicating and fill the room, but are never overpowering.
The customer service is excellent

I’ve been a Pott customer from the very beginnings of the company. The diffusers and candles smell amazing and they are the only scented candles that don’t irritate my eyes. I love that their customer service has stayed as excellent and personal as when they first started.

I really like the ethos of buying a Pott to reuse and refill. They are well made and with several to choose from to match your decor. I recommend the starter pack, I chose Coastal and I love it. The seasonal choices of refills are great too. Fir at Christmas felt like having a real tree in the room. The scents are gorgeous but not overpowering. The parcels arrive very well packaged with quick delivery and communications. I bought more for gifts and other rooms at home.

Love the sustainability concept. Pots are beautifully made and the candles burn evenly and to the very bottom. I signed up for the subscription.

Love my refillable Potts, I have one of each size and a match pot as well! I have tried several of the scents over the last year, some definitely stronger than others, but Eden a definite favourite and I loved Fir for the winter. Not cheap but quality, and the whole concept of refill rather than another empty container is a total win.

I have several Potts in all the sizes and I adore them. Beautifully made that look lovely around the house. The Christmas scents - Noel and Fir are my absolute favourites, and Create has been a wonderful new addition to my favourite list too. Next up to try is Violet!
I’ve had to contact customer services on a couple of occasions to seek advice on candles that have burned unevenly. They have been responsive and helpful with their advice and I feel my issues were resolved well.

Gorgeous scents. I use Eden for Spring and Fig for Autumn and then for Christmas I light the Fir candle. Love the refillable concept.

I’m now a regular subscriber to Pott, and gift my daughter a petite refill monthly, as well as a standard refill candle for myself. The boxes/sets make a lovely gift.
I have found the company to be quick and personable when answering any queries.

The candles are lovely, my favourite so far has been Fig, as my everyday scent, which I’ve also had as a diffuser refill. The Potts look great (I exchanged one which was a different shade to what I’d thought, it wasn’t a problem).

I’m glad to use a sustainable candle and I enjoy seeing the collaborations with artisan potters. Overall I think they’re a innovative company with a clear u.s.p. and a great product, yet still feel and operate as a small business and very much worth supporting.

Great customer service, beautiful scents and quality candles.

They are the most delightful candles ever. I really can't wait for the box to arrive and breathe in the beautiful aroma

Excellent customer service, query resolved immediately.

Absolutely love Pott. I have so many of them now and really enjoying working from home with a candle burning. Love the scents, the Potts and the concept. Only wish they had some more colourful Potts to match different rooms in the house. Great customer service too. Very pleasant and responsive.
