If I could give then 0 stars then I would! This company is horrendous and do not buy from them! The card I ordered arrived faulty. The customer service is terrible with only one response received of false promises. They just do not care and are not interested in anything you have to say. AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!!

Ordered on 29th July with express delivery. Here I am on 21st August with no update and no card. When i track my order, it says its still 'processing'. I have emailed postalpranks twice, no response. Their phonenumber is not real. Their online form doesn't really send when you hit submit - but instead just updates the captcha word. And the chat function on their website shows no one available all day. In the end, I had to go via PayPal to get my refund - and thank god I bought via them or else I'd never get my money back. AVOID like the plague. Simply terrible. I don't often write reviews... but for this, I had to get the warning out.

Avoid like the plage. Never received my card and had no response from emails. I tried to call the number which is incorrect. I've just received an email 29 days after my original order saying my order has been posted. It's ridiculous I asked for a refund 3 weeks ago.

Just received said card 1 month after order and the printed message is a piece of paper taped inside. Worst service ever received. Still no response from company.

*Update* Apparently was sent today, 21st August when it was ordered on the 24th July...

It did arrive. Over a month after purchase.

Do not order from here, scammers who take your money and don’t post your order, ordered a birthday card 2 week ago still not received, emailed them and nothing back, phoned the number given on their page which doesn’t even exist

Charles Martyn is talking rubbish. I'm another customer that hasn't received product even after paying for the better postage. The birthday has now passed and still no card or response. Their website states that due to Royal Mail strikes it may not arrive on time. What strikes? I used Royal Mail after postage pranks for something else and arrived the next day. Don't waste your money, shop elsewhere.

Ordered a card in time for my sisters birthday its been over 2 weeks & over a week after her birthday and it still hasn't arrived. The "get in touch" form is useless too as clicking submit just refreshes the captcha & does not even indicate the form has been sent.

Avoid like the plague - took ages to “ship” my order and then eventually I realised it was commuters but didn’t actually get sent. Following up via email took two attempts to get a reply (which was slow to arrive) which gave a vague “looking into it” response. Safe to say they never responded.
Two more attempts to get them to fix ended in me making a PayPal claim
Which went straight through (clearly no issue with refunding this seller). Don’t use, it’s clearly a scam.

Ordered card on “safe mode” but was singing as soon as I opened it. Paid extra for the message to be added on the card and it looked as if the print out was missing a letter so they wrote the missing letter on with a pen, nearly £20 for a birthday card that I would rather throw in the bin. Do not buy one of these.

Card already arrived with music playing and when I contacted customer service to refund or replace this, they have suddenly gone very quiet.

Waste of time. Card never arrived and everytime i ask for a refund they ignore you. I will go through bank to get a refund. Bunch of con artists

Terrible customer service, no reply to any of my emails, no idea if card is actually arriving, its already 10 days later than expected. Will not go near this company again.

Ordered on the 26th of November. The items weren't dispatched until the 7th of December. It's taken a week for delivery to be attempted.

My order hasn't been received but is now showing as "Delivered". While this isn't the company's fault, I went on to raise the issue and the customer service is completely non-functional.

First, I tried writing a message through the "contact us" form - but every single time I try to submit, it says "Captcha Correct" but doesn't send the form. I've tried editing every aspect, refreshing, and have clicked "submit" more times than I can count. And nothing.

Second, I tried the live chat function. Despite the chat opening with "Chris" (whose wee green icon indicates that someone is online) saying, "Hello, how may I help you?" I got no response to any of my messages - I sent a message every 10 minutes for 30 minutes.

Third, the contact number isn't a valid phone number. When you try to call it, it just beeps and the call ends.

I wish I had checked the review before purchasing! This is absolutely a scam! Do not buy from this company!!

I was told I get no refund, and was told to lie about the goods and service that I paid for, but never got. Not to mention I left them a honest forced one start review, then they started emailing me about it. What they are selling does sound pretty funny, but isn't worth the drama, so wouldn't shop there if I was paid, and it was for free.

My card took over a month to arrive from the UK to Zurich. And then the card was not in 'activated' mode - as I had ticked in the order. So the prank didn't actually happen. Which is very disappointing when a card costs over 25 euros. I was corresponding with Chris after I raised the issues and asked for a refund, and he has just stopped responding to me even though I provided the order number of #16921 as he requested. I will not order again.

I have ordered from these guys numerous times, and had no issues. Ordered cards from them and had 3 separate orders arrive. The customer support has been good when emailed and received a fast response. Potentially the 1* reviews could be from competitors trying to spoil Postal Pranks business. I did have one issue where I had ordered 2 cards and they only sent 1, I emailed back with photo evidence and they dispatched the missed card the same day (as my query) and now received. I will be returning to these guys!

If I had the option of giving No stars I would !
Placed an order over 2 weeks ago, they happily took my money but have not dispatched the order.
I’ve tried to speak with them on the live chat which they just don’t respond to.
Terrible service…..Don’t waste your money with them !!
