Extremely disappointing experience
Extremely disappointing experience. Our order took nearly a week to arrive, despite the company advertising overnight delivery.
I sent several emails asking for an update and did not receive a reply to any of them. I also phoned to find out where our order was and was told it would be sent that day, but that didn’t happen. It was not dispatched until several days later.
The communication was extremely poor from start to finish, and we were left chasing the order ourselves with no updates or explanation.
By far one of the worst companies I have dealt with when it comes to communication and customer service. Based on our experience, there seemed to be very little concern about getting our order to us when promised or keeping us informed.

Pretty bloody good man.
Pretty good man.
I'm pretty happy with the tester I got.
It was a weeee bit daunting to set up and it took a couple hrs to figure out.
I would tell people to get the other IEC plug as well as both of them a re common or just chuck it in there and the extra leads as well I'm afraid that I might break mine pretty fast (mainly due to me being a bit ruff). Otherwise pretty happy man. Thanks heaps team.

Terrible Service
From Start to Finish the service has been poor. Every time I contact them they say "they will call back" they never do. turned up 2 weeks late. missing items, fault with the machine. what more can go wrong!!!

We understand that the courier attempted delivery twice but was unable to complete it because the office address was unattended, after which arrangements were made for you to collect the parcel from the depot. However, you should not have had to keep following up for updates, and we understand how disappointing it would have been to finally receive the tester only to find items missing and a fault with the machine.
We have also noted your concerns regarding callbacks and the overall turnaround time. Even where there are courier complications, we still need to take ownership of the customer experience and communicate clearly throughout the process.
Our team will contact you directly to work through the missing items and tester fault and make sure the outstanding issues are properly addressed.
