We rented a large party tent for my daughter’s 10th birthday, and it was absolutely fantastic. The kids had an amazing time, and everything went perfectly from start to finish.

The service was excellent—friendly, professional, and reliable. The team arrived on time, set everything up quickly, and made sure everything was ready for the party. Communication throughout the whole process was clear and easy, which made planning stress-free.

My daughter had an amazing time in her inflatable nightclub, the service and set up was great. Unfortunately the smoke machine had a bad smell of fish so we literally couldn’t use it and the VIP rope stands were very rusty, but by the night night you couldn’t see that. Overall amazing for a party

I recently booked a VIP package for my daughter's 10th birthday party, and while the communication from the initial booking through to the setup of the dome and equipment was commendable, there were some significant issues that made the experience less than perfect.

The setup was timely, arriving well ahead of the event, which I appreciated. However, upon observing the equipment condition more closely, I noticed that the rope barriers were quite worn, with noticeable rust on the metal. Unfortunately, this also extended to the lighting equipment. Additionally, the dome itself had visible imperfections and wear and tear, including the numbers ‘10’ lights that had significant wear and tear.

Given the significant amount spent on the 8M Dome VIP Club Experience package, I really expected everything to be in much better condition, especially compared to the examples shared in the promotional videos. It's disappointing to see the differences, as it affected the overall experience.

Overall, while the service was good, the condition of the equipment did not meet my expectations of the package booked.

Such a helpful company from holding our hands and explaining the process to set up ok the day. Did what they said they would do with a personal touch. Kristy and Curtis are fab!

Fantastic igloo hire for our event. Super helpful and professional when setting up and collecting. Easy communication throughout. My friends had the most amazing time and all the furniture and lights made it look perfect. Thank you. Would highly recommend pop up parties.

We hired an 8m dome for my husbands 40th Birthday and were not disappointed! Despite weeks of glorious sunshine, our party was dampened by huge downpours of rain, but thankfully due to the incredibly fun and ambient atmosphere created by the dome, we still had an incredible night! From the children to the grandparents, everyone was in awe of the dome and all the light up furniture and accessories. It felt like it gave the party something "special" which got everyone in the party mood! We absolutely loved it!
Installation was faultless, with Curtis being polite, friendly, super speedy and making everything feel easy and stress free.
We were also supported with a slightly adjusted package to meet our needs during booking, which was perfect.
I couldn't fault any part of the process, and would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting that "wow" factor for their event!

Couldn't fault this company . They set up and explained how to use the equipment. It was easy to use as instructed . We have had the best hen party . Using pop up parties has been the best descion to finish of a great day. Would definitely recommend.

We hired the 10m white igloo for my daughters 18th birthday party. We had used this company previously for my son's 18th and they did not disappoint again! The booking process was very easy and Curtis was amazing. He set up all on his own in about an hour and a half, was very friendly and professional. The igloo was a great hit, we only had a basic package of the igloo, lights and flooring but it was enough, the party was a huge success and I can thoroughly recommend them.

We hired the 8m party from Pop up parties. From the first point of contact to the very end they were fantastic to deal with. Hannah was so quick to respond, explained the packages so clearly and guided us to the best option for our party. She had a lovely friendly can do approach. Curtis was so lovely when he delivered the dome, set everything up so quickly and explained everything so clearly. The dome looked amazing and was such a great place to have a party. The night was a huge success and will definitely be booking with them again. Such a professional company.

The speaker and lights were great and really added to the atmosphere.

We had such a great experience with Pop Up Parties!

Communication was really easy and reassuring from the start, and everything ran so smoothly on the day. Delivery and collection were seamless, no stress at all.

The dome itself was a huge hit with the kids! We used it for arts and crafts earlier on, had a cute bubble tea-style setup, and then turned it into an after-party with LED lights and a smoke effect — they absolutely loved it.

It honestly made the whole party extra special. Would 100% recommend! ✨

Hired Pop Up Parties for a Teenage birthday party. From start to finish the service was excellent . Correspondence via email or WhatsAp was easy and prompt. The staff are friendly to deal with which made things very easy. The tent itself was such fun, with it's smoke machine, lights and DJ booth made it an excellent party experience and really elevated my daughters party experience. I would recommend and use again for sure.
