Very disappointing experience with PopsyKosy. My original order was placed on September 21, and today is October 6. More than two weeks later, I am still trying to get the order I paid for completed.
I placed two orders for play mats and experienced significant delays and extremely poor communication. On multiple occasions, I waited days to more than a week for a response, despite their website stating that customers can expect a response within 24 hours.
After acknowledging the delays and inventory issues, PopsyKosy promised me in writing three additional 4’ x 6’ play mats free of charge for the inconvenience. I immediately followed their instructions. One of my orders was then refunded instead of shipped, despite my asking for it to be fulfilled.
I eventually received a shipment containing the three complimentary mats, but the 10’ x 12’ mat that I ordered and paid for was missing. I sent photos showing exactly what I received and immediately contacted the company asking them to correct the issue. Five days later, I still have not received a response or any information about where my paid 10’ x 12’ mat is.
Shipping and inventory problems can happen. What is unacceptable is the repeated lack of communication, waiting days or more than a week for responses, and then not receiving an item that was ordered and paid for.
I have emails and photos documenting the entire situation and have repeatedly tried to give PopsyKosy the opportunity to resolve it. From September 21 through October 6, I have spent more than two weeks trying to get a straightforward order completed and have still not received what I paid for.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
