I have bought from this company three times in the past. I recently purchased the same exact product just a different size. First of all the size was off by a couple of inches and the quality was horrible. It was nothing like what I have gotten from them in the past. My mistake I suppose was that I said my mistake was I guess I should have ordered a larger size. That had nothing to do with the poor quality they were or the fact that they were not the exact size that they said they would be. I asked what the return policy was they told me I could return them and when I inquired about the fact that I would be responsible for paying for the return, the response was well yes it was your mistake not ours basically. Nothing about the fact that the quality was bad, and nothing about the fact that their sizing was off regardless of if I decided I wanted a larger size or not, the quality was still bad and the size was off on the ones they sent. That was not my mistake that's theirs yet they wanted me to pay for shipping back which was a huge box. I will never buy from this company again, I didn't even receive a comment back from them saying we're very sorry you feel that way, we hope in the future you'll reconsider ordering from our company. They just ghosted me and didn't say a word. I will never buy from this company again I donated the pads that I bought from them and I'm buying them from a company that if I'm not satisfied which by the way they say "100% satisfaction" I'll buy them from a company that if I'm not satisfied I can return them for free and exchange them.

Order mine never received the answer is the same on emails " on the way" the delivery company said never picked up...they don't give my money back never answer the phone...Just email with same answer STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM

Very upset with this company. Ive been waiting 2 weeks and still havent received the pads. Every time i have called, they keep telling me they sent them out like 3 different times but to some address ive never heard of even though i repeat my address 2 or 3 times over in every phone call. The only good thing i can say is they have always called me back promptly and have agreed to reimburse me for pads i have had to buy waiting but we will see how that goes. Hooefully, they actually deleted the wrong address and put in the right one this time. So far, i would not recommend ordering from poopeepads!

I have used these pads for my cat's litter box for years. They absorb well and are so easy to dispose of.

What could be better than a great product from a great company?

I am a cat breeder and I use the large quilted pads under the litter boxes because the boys in particular tend to spray on the outside of their litter boxes. The pads do a great job of absorbing pee so it doesn't spread.

The company is great! A real live person actually answers the phone and answers your questions. If you don't have any questions, the web site is very easy to order from. Shipping is super fast!

I have been using these pads for years for my two chihuahuas. At least 5 years. They are the best. I get the quilted. When my dogs were younger I got the scented and they worked great. I order two cases at a time to get a little discount and make sure we don't run out. The shipping is always super fast. I love this company! They have made my life so much easier over the years.

I absolutely love love love PooPeePads!! We have rescued over 40 dogs in our neighborhood because we have no animal control in this area. We tried several other brands that ended up ruining our nice wood floors as a result. A few months ago, I decided to upgrade and try the super quilted and thought they had sent us the regulars by mistake. The pad was way to thin and I called the owner who graciously offered to send us the supers free of charge! However, when we actually tried the thin pads, they were SUPER! I had to turn down the free boxes offered because the pads we received were excellent! We use less now, as the dogs can go multiple times before needing to change them! I would recommend this product a million times over!

The product is very effective, and the shipping time is very impressive.
