Awful customer support doesn't care at all

Quite recently my Account was breached into and instead of helping me recover it, they just fob me off and state they can't do anything about it by stating " we cannot proceed with your request."

What a joke...

If I could give it zero stars I would

If I could give it zero stars I would. Brought a pokemon trainer box for £40.50 and not one good card in there, despite their book showing 7 and 1/2 pages of full art cards. Brought as a Christmas present and lad very disappointed. No chance of customer services helping, they are useless beyond belief, no refund, no gesture of a card of his choice. They even said to me that they only put one good card in a booster box! A money making organisation feeding off innocent young children.

Pokémon has charged money for a product that was never delivered

My husband wanted to purchase 5,200 PokeCoins via Apple for our son’s birthday in October 2023. He received four error messages and none of the purchases went through.

A few days later we saw to our great surprise that Apple/Pokemon had withdrawn 4 x 349 DKK from our Danish bank account, but our son still has not received any PokeCoins.

We have been in contact with Apple several times, but they refuse to help us. They say that the “system” has rejected our request. We have also contacted Pokémon, but they claim that Apple should take care of this.

We are shocked that two large well-renowned companies would treat their customers like this. It is fraud and theft and we certainly hope to get our money refunded!

Une belle arnaque !!!!

Une belle arnaque ! Deuxième fois que j’achète un coffret de cartes et dans lequel il manque ENCORE la carte principale. Contact du service client qui me demande des photos des emballages et de toutes les cartes pour preuve. On se fiche pas de la tête des gens quand même ? Terminé les cartes Pokémon. À fuir absolument !!!!

Faulty products with good hits removed & you get 2 evergy cards instead!

As per another persons review below, correct in saying the replies you get from pokemon are cut & paste & almost sarcastic! Rude & unhelpful. Truly disgusting the way you treat your consumers when they bring something to your attention that's clearly a factory production process fault that takes away the chance of you getting a holo or better in some packs. Obviously they don't want to admit it & fob you off & then block you when you say your going to seek legal advice. Your a huge company pokemon, but when your so unhelpful & condescending to your customers who have been loyal to your products for years then i will take the faulty product issue & the live evidence to someone who will make you listen. I've gathered many live recordings of opening factory sealed cases of factory sealed products that clearly show the rip off products, your extra 2nd energy card you get in lots of evolving skies booster packs instead of holo card or better when you get the indicated hit code card from this particular series. 10 game cards 1 energy per pack is your advertising statement. We'll your very mistaken. Faulty not as described products with multiple proof of this & proof of huge purchases! You think they would of just said we are sorry about this fault & go out of their way to reimburse the customer due to evidence gathered. The so called "agents" lol at pokemon support do everything they can to pass the problems off on other suppliers? Why its your factory sealed products pokemon? Did your "agents" lol not get any training in business trading comon sense? If the products are in factory sealed cases with factory sealed upc's inside & then factory sealed evolving skies booster packs inside those! Where do you think this fault incurred? It's not rocket science. I will not be treated like this by these so called pokemon "agents" more like zombies that can't see the bigger picture. So much social media now for people to show how bad companies & products are to many millions of people / pokemon consumers around the world. You really kicked the hornets nest with me now. I'm disgusted at the way you handle customer issues & treated me. I will escalate this issue until I get justice in form of an apology for being unhelpful / sarcastic & also my product reimbursement of packs that don't contain faults & also a 100% "honest random chance" of getting holo or better cards inside! This has been going on for some time now. Due to the process of escalating I have not uploaded any proof videos to social media yet! That shows unequivocal evidence of this pokemon factory production fault in alot of evolving skies tcg booster packs. But at some point in the future once I'm sure it won't impede or affect the process I'm taking further, I will for the masses to see. I didn't intend on doing all of this but you can see why from this review. Consumers be warned if you have a problem with pokemon you will get NO help just pointless reply emails with no resolution or acceptance to their fault. Greedy greedy company! Spend some of that money on consumer rights & customer service training for your "agents" Horrible experience to be totally honest.

Also take a look at all normal trust pilot reviews for most other companies & see the correspondence with reviews customers leave from the companies trying to offer help or resolutions! DO YOU SEE ANY REPLIES OR CORRESPONDENCE WITH HELP FROM POKEMON ON ANY REVIEWS TO THEIR CUSTOMERS?.....NO!
It shows what they think of their customers they got no time or intrest in helping any of us. After all at this point they got your money 💰 👎

Rude

Rude, obnoxious staff. Contacted them with an issue and straight away they were rude and offered no help. Unbelievable that companies can het away with this. Will never spend any money or time on anything linked to this company again.

Un remboursement qui n'arrivera jamais

En décembre 2021, j'ai acheté le coffret Mewtwo v-union a Auchan lors de ma pause déjeuné, j'ai ouvert le coffret en fin de journée a la maison et j'ai remarqué alors que sur les 4 cartes composant l'union de mewtwo, j'avais deux fois la même carte, mais n'avais pas la partie composant la tête de mewtwo.

Je contact Auchan qui m'informe n'être que un intermédiaire et que pour ce litige il faut m'adressais directement à la société Pokémon. Je passe donc par pokemon.com, j'ouvre dossier de problème avec un produit Pokémon, je fourni l'intégralité des document prouvant que j'ai bien acheté ce coffret donc ticket de caisse, contenu du coffret, ect. Le tout envoyé par email. Quelques jours plus tard, je suis contacter par l'agent hanson qui m'informe que

"En raison de la situation actuelle, les échanges de cartes et remplacements d'articles manquants ont été repoussés jusqu'à nouvel ordre. Nous continuons de traiter les demandes, cependant, en raison de la fermeture de nos bureaux, nous ne pouvons garantir de délai pour le traitement des demandes ou l'envoi des produits échangés ou remplacés."

Je suis assez cool et accepte d'attendre un peu.

Après deux mois sans nouvelle, je relance le dossier auprès de Pokémon, en demandant ou en est mon dossier, là j'ai l'agent julien qui me répond que les bureaux sont toujours fermé. Je précise qu'encore à ce moment-là on me dit que j'aurais la partie manquante sans soucis.

Je suis de nouveau patient et voilà que je refait une nouvelle relance 3 mois plus tard, on est en Mai 2022 là. Sauf que l'agent emilie me dit que les bureaux sont toujours fermé et que des que ils sont rouvert j'obtiendrais réparation de mon ticket qui reste ouvert et le restera temps que je n'aurais pas ma carte de remplacement.

Je fais confiance est enfin en Juillet, l'agent vincent m'informe que les bureaux sont ouvert et que on va pouvoir procédé à la clôture du ticket par non pas l'envoi de la carte manquante comme promis, mais par un remboursement de la valeur du coffret de 34.99€ par chèque ou virement bancaire, mais là ou ça coince c'est que le chèque est uniquement possible au Canada ou au États-Unis, je n'ai donc d'autre choix que d'accepté le virement, je communique les données nécessaires pour le virement bancaire et reçois confirmation que mon dossier est transmis à l'équipe interne pour la procédure de remboursement, l'email je le reçois le 20 juillet 2022 a 17h06.

On est le 1er octobre 2022 et je n'ai pas vu l'ombre d'un remboursement arrivé sur mon compte, j'ai même demandé une vérification auprès de ma banque qui a fait un contrôle au cas où le virement aurait été refusé voir bloqué, mais rien, c'est un remboursement qui n'arrivera jamais, par contre j'ai eu pas mal d'agent différent qui mon servi un beau discours bien réconfortant, mais derrière ils savaient déjà que rien ne seraient fait pour mon soucis.

J'en tire une leçon tout de même car dorénavant quand j'achète un coffret je regarde qu'il est conforme car je sais que en cas de litige, mon ticket restera lettre morte.

Doesn't even work

I gave up trying to create an account. After creating an account I tried to log in and it wouldn't accept my password, so I reset it and it wouldn't accept that password either. Customer service was not helpful in the least.

He has been with me since I was a little girl and has always helped me. Thanks to Pokemon, I have been able to participate in a community with many people.

Reshiram and Zekrom are racist

Reshiram and Zekrom are racist. They refer to the Ku Klux Klan.

A Ku Klux Klan Nighthawk wears black with tipping on its head. It also has stripes. Their robes are striped too.

Average members of the Ku Klux Klan wear white with a triangular head, and head tipping, just like Reshiram.

Reshiram can be a burning cross by lighting itself on fire.
Zekrom has the nazi flag color eyes.

I tried contacting support, but they only sent feedback. I've seen no changes since I've written my report.

I've been playing Pokemon for almost a year, and here's my opinion

Ah yes, I can't wait to get Pokemon Black and Black 2 for Christmas this year, I've done a Black 2 nuzlocke and a Black with only Zekrom play through, a Black speedrun, and I'm currently doing a Black nuzlocke. Enough ranting, let's review some Pokemon games and the Pokemon site!

--Sword and Shield. This and Let's Go were my 1st games and overall, it did the job of being the game my friend and I played until I got actual quality Pokemon games. (Y-COMM is pretty bad for local). It's okay, but probably only because of like I said, playing with my friend + middle-view Reshiram (aka Pokemon Camp altogether) + and 3/4 of my Top 4 favorite Pokemon are in the game. Also, a garbage story. And it has barely any post game.
Crown Tundra Edit: So, I downloaded The Crown Tundra right on launch. It's great. Yeah. Get the DLC. I don't care.
--Let's Go. Bad.
--I haven't played USUM (Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon) yet.
--Sun and Moon. Pretty great, I enjoyed the story and like the Mimikyu and Lurantis trials were annoying lol.
--Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. My current favorite Pokemon games. Not an amazing story but does the job well. Super fun, but I'm getting a DS Lite as well for Christmas so I can wait until my birthday for RSE (Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald).
--X and Y. Barely any post game. Horrendous story. You know the drill.
--BW + BW2 (Black and White + Black 2 and White 2). Where do I start? The 1st paragraph was me ranting about how I'm super excited to get these games. Absolutely phenomenal story and a soundtrack I listen to near daily. N is a great character btw and pretty well written. I guess you could try the anime but it's kinda... um... meh... and the manga is woooooo, amazing. Also, great games to speedrun if you don't want to try RBY or GSC. P.S, PWT is awesome.
--HGSS (HeartGold and SoulSilver). Awesome remakes, great post game. Yes. My first game to play the Battle Frontier, Battle Frontier and PWT are amazing.
--DPPT (Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum). Played it for a nuzlocke once. Wasn't that fun but still enjoyable and I think it's slower than BW.
I haven't played RBY-RSE.

The Pokemon site is fine. I use Bulbapedia more but if I'm going to draw a Pokemon then I will use the Pokedex from the site. I know that Pokemon TV doesn't have every season, so just use Pokeflix or something.

A little note: Hoenn and -unpopular opinion alert- Unova, have phenomenal Pokemon designs. Seismitoad is my favorite Pokemon and Swampert (evo line) are my favorite starters, Reshiram is my favorite legendary!

Overpriced games

Overpriced games which always lacks content. They didn't even include all former Pokemon. Their most recent Pokemon games can be completed in less than 4 days. Remember Pokemon Yellow and Pokemon Silver? They were able to make much better games over 10 years ago when the company was much smaller. Nintendo is one of the biggest companies in the world, but their games gets smaller and smaller.
