Not happy. Ordered dog socks as urgently needed. Checked delivery options and standard delivery should have arrived by yesterday latest, which was ok for me. I need them today and they still haven’t arrived. Tracked item and no sign of delivery today. They need to review their delivery carriers. Disappointing service.
Following your reply item was received on 4/5. Your website states delivery 2 to 4 days excluding Saturday. I ordered Monday evening, therefore I was expecting to receive the item by Friday. Tracking did show delivery as Friday, but it didn’t arrive then. I would have been happy to pay next day delivery as I needed the item quickly, but the standard delivery offered would have worked for me if arrived on time by the Friday As regards the product I am very pleased with it, just not the delivery. Arrived quickly. Information on how to measure your dog for correct size and which bag for your desired use very professional and useful to help you make an informed decision on your purchase. Only criticism was the offer for the bag patch seemed to be from USA.

She answered all my questions, allowed us to try a harness, after she fitted it properly for my dog and also helped me purchase a training lead. We visit Keswick from Essex every year and always visit Podgy Paws for bits for our dogs. When we needed a buggy for one of our dogs I looked on the internet and found Podgy Paws was one of the cheapest. We wanted to support a small business and one that we love popping into each year so we ordered the buggy from them and it arrived within two days. Excellent service.
