Shoe were well priced, delivered quick, seem well made and feel comfortable to wear. Nice that they are a British brand too. Royal flush!

The shoes are great my kids love them…
The shoes are great my kids love them however the customer service was not great. A pair of shoes was missing from my order and it took well over a week to get any response on it. Eventually they just refunded me, I would have rsthered they sent shoes for my kid. So yeah, poor customer service!!

Good service.
The service was quick and the website easy to use with good quality photographs of the products.
Sadly both pairs of shoes that I ordered did not fit well and I returned them both. The returns service was straightforward and the refund came very quickly.
I like this company as I want to buy from British based manufacturers.
