I purchased two of the winter gift sets, one set didn't suit so applied for return details on Friday to the email address as provided, on Monday I still hadn't received any notification, I had to contact the business page via Instagram (whom were excellent in replying) twice before I got a reply from the online email, the lack of response was disappointing but won't deter me from future purchases, this was my first time returning a product

From ordering online to buying in store. I have had a number of experiences with POCO Beauty now. All of which have been really, really positive. I just love this brand! My favorite products are Skin flood, the Dream glow eye patches, and the universal solar glow. I could go on to mention about five more favourites!! I reached out to customer service with a query, and the response was so swift and Kate who replied, was so pleasant and helpful. I am a relatively new customer to POCO Beauty (I ran amuck in Arnotts and online three times in a month since I discovered them 😂) and I can genuinely say I will be a long term customer from now on.

Website is very easy to navigate and helpful in the decision making process, love the Instagram content and adore the products especially Universal Glow and Skin Flood and have just started using the liquid eyeshadow and it’s a keeper ✨
