They lie about their teachers, and once they get your money, they will not care about the quality of the service, finding replacement teachers or when teachers do not teach their lessons or arrive on time.

If you ask for help, they will not reply to you, not give you a refund, while they reply to other people to try to scam more people out of their money.

Avoid this company. They lied about their tutors, stopped replying and refused to refund me after they agreed to refund.

I started with IB++ Tutors (Plus Plus Tutors Inc.) almost two years ago and it has been one of the worst experiences I've had with any company.
Before I paid, their rep told me directly that my tutor would be a qualified IB Math AI HL examiner, would be proficient with the TI-Nspire calculator, and would have access to the official IB Teacher Questionbank. I was specific about this because I had an exam coming up and couldn't afford to waste time. None of it was true. My first tutor wasn't even an AI HL examiner, only somewhat knew AA HL, which is a different syllabus. He had no TI-Nspire and no access to the official materials. I watched paid lesson time get wasted while he tried to understand the topic himself.
When I asked for a different tutor, they disappeared. It took months to get a reply. MONTHS. When I finally asked for a refund, the runaround got even worse. They first confirmed one balance, then quietly changed it to a much lower number because they clearly are a business with no proper customers and have to scam. They charged me for lessons I never took and removed credit without ever showing me a clear breakdown of how any of it was calculated. The numbers shifted every time it suited them.
I'm not the type to write reviews, but I want other students and parents to know what they're walking into. I filed a complaint with Consumer Protection Ontario. The company didn't respond to the government either, even after two official notifications, and as a result they are added to Ontario's public Consumer Beware List.

That should tell you everything about how they operate.

If you're a student trusting these people with your IB results and your money, please reconsider. Look elsewhere.

I'd also encourage anyone reading to look closely at the positive reviews and profile photos here and judge for yourself whether they seem authentic. They seem completely fake to me, and even pictures of students they post on THEIR google listing are AI Generated, it just shows how much fake marketting the company is spouting.

Good selection of tutors for my son’s IB exams. Quick responses from the administrators. My son was fully satisfied with the tutoring experience.

We were able to quickly match with a tutor and schedule our tutoring sessions. Even with a significant time difference our tutor was able to meet with us and worked to ensure we got all our sessions in before the IB test. She had excellent experience in the field she was tutoring and was always prepared to review whatever unit or project my daughter needed extra help with.

My tutor always delivered everything clearly and detailed. Something that I thought stood out was the detailed notes that she created for each topic and would send to me after each lesson. I also received excellent exam technique, advice, and exam question practice with feedback from my tutor. ++ tutors are also extremely available and always answer quickly

We had a fantastic experience and were very well supported right from the start. My son had a wonderful tutor who was very knowledgeable about the new curriculum. She connected well with him and set realistic tasks and revision in between their sessions. We saw lots of improvement in his confidence and his grades. Highly Recommended!

I have had a great experience with ++tutors. They have been very flexible and have consistently assigned me with students, allowing for me to gain more experience in tutoring and share my knowledge with students. I would highly recommend signing up as a tutor!

Teaching with ++tutors has been a rewarding experience. The team is incredibly supportive, and the flexibility allows me to manage my schedule effectively. It’s clear they value their educators just as much as their students. Highly recommend to any teachers looking for a professional and organized tutoring platform!

As an IBDP economic educator, I have had the opportunity to work with talented students from across the globe and the platform had been incredibly supportive. IB plus plus organization is well - structured, the team is passionate and delivering high quality education. It is rewarding for me to see my students achieving their goals by scoring a 7, and I have received excellent feedback from students.
