Amazing price and fast shipping
Amazing price and fast shipping. Rug is great quality. I google searched and found this rug for half of what I would have paid elsewhere.

Good Morning Jennifer,
I am so sorry about the issues with your order and only receiving 1 of the 2 rugs you ordered. It appears our warehouse mistakenly processed your order for only 1 of the pieces and after you reached out last week we immediately notified them to get the other piece shipped. We will have tracking information for the other piece next week. I will make sure one of our supervisors reaches out to you to ensure everything is handled smoothly here on out.

My Best Purchase of 2025
I had purchased a Nourison Jaipur large area from another store and it was very faded and more one color instead of multi. 'Plush Rugs' version, in a different chosen pattern, looks like it was just woven and is so beautiful, I couldn't be more pleased.

The colors and pattern of the rug were very pretty but the quality was disappointing. It felt more like a foam pad than a rug and there were a couple of loose threads around the edges. The 10% re-stock fee to return it was unnecessary.

Hey Stephanie,
Thanks for your honest feedback. I'm sorry the rug did not meet your expectations. We understand that sometimes rugs arrive and may not be a perfect fit. Since the rug wasn't deemed defective it did fall under our standard remorse return policy, which does include complimentary return labels and we only deduct a 10% restocking fee from your refund upon receipt of the return.
If there's any other feedback you'd like to provide, please don't hesitate to reach back out to us. We are always looking for ways to improve our processes.
