We arrived in Iceland freezing only to find our hotel had closed down. It was 5pm and we had nowhere to stay. Customer services who I had a little trouble understanding because the phone line wasn't great said she would try and sort it. Meanwhile at -9 we did not have faith and needed to rest so we booked our own hotel and decided to claim it back. We could not receive phone calls for some reason and received an email telling us they had booked us another hotel , it was an absolute hovel, the worst hotel they could possibly find. They agreed by email to reimburse us for our new hotel.
We were very stressed on our anniversary trip and we're in tears as we don't get away often. We fought and fought for the refund , they gave us the original hotel refund but did not (as promised) refund us for our new hotel so we are £360 down and that was February. We are still fighting yet after receiving rude emails. It's not over by a long shot. Avoid this company. 5pm.co.uk have no longer anything to do with them.

The staff who helps me to book my incoming holiday to Rome & Venice is very helpful, easy to reach out, reply straight away via e mail if you have queries.
She valued the customer.

I was very impressed by the IIfa event tour from the time I booked it. Kate and Adam were very helpful- the tour was very well organised - hotel was very good - all trips were well organised - all meals were well planned except for one. Our Guide, Mohammed, was absolutely super, so was the driver, and our 'body guards' - Sanjay & Clinton who made sure we were safe

I recently used the services of Plus Holiday to plan a family vacation to Turkey, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The entire experience was seamless and stress-free.

All the arrangements done by this company for our honeymoon was smoothly planned and i would recommend their services to others as well and rate them 4 star out of 5.

Absolutely shocking from start to finish. First of all punished for being a single passenger. Charged more than wrong measurements for cabin bag charged more. Arrive at the hotel they’re undergoing renovation work no restaurant no warning! Absolutely atrocious. I will be contacting the ombudsman to further my shambles of a relaxing holiday!!! I will never ever recommend and I will be telling all my friends to share this review so everyone knows to stay away!!!

Booked a holiday with Oliver who booked the wrong airport for me to fly to then went on holiday. I spoke to Kate who agreed to refund me but that hasn’t happened. I have been chasing for two weeks and they haven’t even sent me the confirmation email. Two weeks and I am waiting for my money. I contacted their ceo Romy Nayyar and he dosent reply but he’s happy for his staff to take peoples money. His net worth is enough to live through an economic crisis because he’s stealing peoples money.

Awful service, the agent who takes the call is very rude, they changed the agreed flights and do not want to issue a refund. I would strongly recommend you avoid this organisation. I booked through wowcher and now regret that decision

Avoid this company!! Take your money change flights without notification. Take your money and do not pay refunds. I am currently in dispute with getting my money back. Do not trust these people.

Unprofessional behaviour very rude and obnoxious. Found cockroaches in the hotel we stayed in told plus holiday and did absolutely nothing about our complaint. had to chase up the complaint for 3 months to get a rude blunt outcome. Honestly people save yourselfs the stress and drama and use another travel agent. Worst company I've ever had to deal with by far!!!

Avoid this company! Have taken my money but will not provide a refund! Want me to pay extra for a break I’ve already paid for! Just give me a refund!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! DO NOT USE HONESTLY!

We bought a package flight+hotel through wowcher and the experience was bad from start to finish.
Very scammy.

The sales person advised us as our outgoing flight was so late in the day so we’d lose that whole day we could pay to add an extra day which I was happy to do. However she was so pushy and rude when I explained I couldn’t pay immediately as I was at work, but could pay that evening when I was home. She kept ringing and ringing and asking if I could give her the phone number to someone else who could pay instead.

That got sorted and they gave us free cruise tickets as compensation for the bother which was nice (or so I thought as this was a fake ticket, have explained later).
However, we noticed the flights were booked under a different email (not ours) so we couldn’t check in or see any details in the run up to the holiday.
Once they gave us the email a few days before the flight we noticed that the flights home had changed from late evening to very early morning, so we lost our day we paid extra for.
They hadn’t even told us about this change of dates so we could’ve missed this flight, and when I mentioned this she swore she called and emailed me.
I checked my spam and every folder and didn’t see an email, and we definitely didn’t talk on the phone so I knew it was a lie. I asked her to forward the email of her letting me know the change in timings so I could see it on three separate occasions and she never did.
So we paid extra but lost the day anyway and had made bookings in the morning and sorted airport transfers.

She told us to go through Ryanair to complain/get compensation, but as the flights weren’t booked under my email I can’t do anything. I asked her to forward me any correspondence from Ryanair after I filled in a complaint form but heard nothing back from plus holiday.
I would’ve thought since they are a holiday company and booked it for us part of their role is to do this, but she said she couldn’t help us.

When we got to the holiday we tried to use our cruise ticket compensation only to be told the tickets weren’t valid as they were for a 2pm cruise and they only do 7pm cruises.

Other passengers on the flight home we got talking to said Ryanair gave them compensation automatically for the change in flights, so it seems plus holiday pocketed our compensation.
