Quick delivery and good product with price to match

I don't understand how Plumbtap can sell an Aqualisa spare part at half the price that the manufacturer charges, but I am most grateful that they do.

Excellent service from Plumbtap and very competitive prices. I placed my order on Wednesday evening and spoke to a very helpful lady on Thursday morning who contacted the supplier to confirm they were making a delivery to them that day. She then called me back to confirm that the order would be despatched on Thursday afternoon - it was delivered to me first thing on Friday morning. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Superb customer service.

I ordered 3 parts one was out of stock and on a long delivery Plumbtap provided an immediate refund and I was able to get the part elsewhere on a much quicker delivery. I think this is a good response to the problem and I would therefore be happy to deal with Plumbtap again.

I ordered a new Aqualisa shower head on Friday at lunchtime and it arrived the following Monday morning. Perfect!
