Great service
The salesman guided me through the process and helped with the choice of covers. They kept to their timetable and we were only without a suite for one week.

All in all the service was very good and are pleased with the goods but what I didn’t like was having to pay the balance before receiving the goods and was advised by my bank not to pay anything until the goods had been delivered.

We’re delighted to hear that you were pleased with both the service you received and your finished goods. Your comments are greatly appreciated. We understand your concerns regarding the balance payment being requested prior to delivery. Our payment terms require the final balance to be settled before goods are dispatched, and we appreciate that this may differ from the advice provided by your bank. We are sorry if this caused any discomfort or uncertainty during your experience with us.
Thank you again for your feedback. We value all customer comments, as they help us review and improve our processes, and we hope you enjoy your furniture for many years to come.

Fitted cover for pouffe
The lady who came to visit was absolutely superb. We were concerned about fabric to select due to our poodle sitting on the pouffe habit of digging before setting. She suggest a fabric which has worked out brilliantly poodle very happy. Cover fits perfectly looks really nice in the room. Fantastic price too.

Pleased with purchase.
We were pleased with the service received. The only complaint we had is that our covers are slightly big, we were informed when they were fitted that because they are cotton based it is to allow for shinkage when washed. We will see when they are washed and it would have been nice to have been informed on this earlier.

Thank you, Brenda, for taking the time to leave us a review and for your kind comments about the service you received. We are delighted to hear that you were pleased with the overall experience.
We appreciate your feedback regarding the fit of your covers. As they are made from a cotton-based fabric, they are intentionally fitted with a little extra allowance to accommodate natural shrinkage after washing. However, we completely understand your comments about being informed of this earlier in the process, and we will take this feedback on board as we continue to improve our customer communications.
Thank you again for your valuable feedback and for choosing Plumbs. We hope you continue to enjoy your new covers

Disappointing. I had a representative come to my house…
I had a representative come to my house to price 4 sofa cushions. Susan insisted that plumbs only uses their own material and priced 4 cushions at £1150. She was extremely miserable with the worst attitude, and after I said that I thought this was a high price she grabbed her stuff and was out the door without so much as a goodbye, very rude with a terrible attitude of someone of such maternity. BEWARE!!!

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience.
To ensure all of our products comply with UK fire safety regulations, we can only use our own approved fabrics and materials when carrying out upholstery work. This requirement is in place to help ensure the safety and quality of the finished product.
We apologise if this was not explained clearly or if the service you received did not meet your expectations. Customer service is very important to us, and we will review your comments internally.
Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention.
From start to finish
From start to finished product - everything was excellent. Lynn realised exactly what I wanted and showed me the most suitable fabrics for loose covers for a small sofa. She measured and photographed everything very carefully and when the covers arrived and fitted - they were perfect! The fit and finish were excellent and looked wonderful. I am delighted and would certainly recommend Plumbs for quality and cost.
