Excellent service

Excellent service and very prompt delivery. Good choice of products, although the bath screen we purchased has not yet been installed, so I cannot review it yet. I would definitely use this supplier again.

Faulty shower units

purchased 2 x shower units which went faulty with same issue after a short period . requested help from PW and got redirected to supplier which in turn notified me they are in administration and ceased to trade. went back to PW and they informed me they are unable to assist with warranty.
Update:
I have been contacted by Plumbing World representatives recently and they have offered further help by sourcing faulty items externally. i can confirm items have arrived and issue resolved.

I'm sorry for the poor response in regards to your warranty. In honesty, your query came at a time where there was a lot of confusion in regards to guarantees and warranty so we were gathering information on how best we can help.

I can see the conversation is still ongoing with our aftercare team who are looking to source the parts for your from an alternative supplier who stock the exact product. I sincerely hope this matter is resolved promptly and no further inconvenience is caused.

Good choice of products

Good choice of products, easy to use website. Very good prices.
message saying my item would come direct from supplier, the supplier phoned me to arrange delivery, which came when promised, very quick good service.

Shocking service

Shocking service. Sold us faulty tap, would not accept a return. We installed it and uninstalled it at a cost of £260, the best PW could offer was ‘the best we could offer is a replacement tap at a discounted price.’ Making a claim through my bank now.

I've looked into this further and can see your reports of issues with the tap after installation. Once installed, you are covered by the manufacturers warranty. Our team did liaise directly with the manufacturer on your behalf and can see they requested for you to put a claim in against the warranty so the product could be tested. As this was not actioned, unfortunately there was no further advice we could have given at this point.

However, I can see our after care team did continue to push this case with the manufacturer, who have since agreed to collect the tap. This isn't something they would normally do without verifying the installation first, but I am pleased we were able to get to this resolution.

I can understand your frustrations of wanting an immediate resolution, but since the warranty is covered by the manufacturer after installation we do need to get their technical advice on how best to resolve this.

Great company to order from

Great company to order from. Got very quick confirmation that order had been processed and was in stock. Notification of delivery was provided the next day and the radiator arrived before midday the next day. What more can you ask for?

non delivery

I ordered on line and even went on there chat on the website to confirm they could deliver, they said they could deliver and even gave me a price. I received an email the day I was expecting delivery to say they couldn't deliver to my address. this caused a delay in getting the job done as everything was arranged for this delivery date.

I'm extremely sorry for the miscommunication on our part. Having looked into this, this was a genuine error. Due to us not delivering with our own vehicles, we were unable to send products of that nature on a pallet and therefore could not deliver to you.

However, our website was displaying the incorrect information which showed availability of this product to your delivery location. I cannot apologise enough for this error. This is something we are working on to fix and will hopefully show the correct availability in the near future.

We aim to exceed our customers expectations and understand we have fallen below our usual standard. We can only hope you do choose to shop with us again in the future, so we can give you the higher level of service we always provide.

DO NOT USE I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF

Got sent 3 Wetroom screen panels unfortunatly they were not checked but there were 2 x holes going all the way through the panels right in the middle. Sent photos of damage, panels were still where the delivery driver had left them. They refused to refund or replace. Very cheesed off to say the least Order 371937

From looking into this, I can see a replacement or refund wasn't provided due to the products being delivered in a perfect condition and signed for us such. We deliver using our own transport team which allows us to not only give a personal service, but also gives us more control on how the products are handled. Photos are always taken on delivery, which do show your products with no damage.

What would a 2 week delivery delay do

We ordered £750 of bathroom fittings. A key item was reported as out of stock by their supplier until later in week. We accepted this delay.
For the other items we had to repeatedly email to find out delivery details. The key item failed to turn up. I emailed -no answer. I phoned: "we'll call you back" -no call back. I phoned again... and got a call back to say the item was at least 2 weeks further delayed. Disaster.
Think very carefully about your dates and the effect of last minute delays if you use plumbing world.

Firstly, I'd like to apologise for not all items being readily available at your point of order. From looking into this further, I can see most of the order was due to be delivered directly by our supplier. Due to the stock not physically being with us, our website advises on the likeliness of the product being in stock, rather than specific stock levels.

On placing the order with them, we were hit with a delay on the stock arriving to which we can't ever guarantee. We do advise not to book any installers until all goods have been received and products have been checked over to ensure they are fit for purpose.

That being said, our communication regarding the delayed deliveries could have been much better. I can see on a number of occasions you had to chase for an update and this certainly isn't the level of service we want to provide. I cannot apologise enough for this. I can only hope you do choose to shop with us, so we can give you the higher level of service we always aim for.

Having initially ordered the wrong…

Having initially ordered the wrong shower tray Kayleigh went out of her way to help me and order the correct shower tray at a price that negated the restocking fee on the shower tray I returned.
It is an absolute pleasure to deal with a company who puts the customer first.
I would not hesitate to order from them again, and will recommend them to my friends.

Customer satisfaction

Excellent customer service, especially from Jenny Jones. Very quick delivery. Only negative was seat not same as website. Jenny quickly resolved issue and had correct one delivered next day.

Firstly, I apologise that not all of your order was readily available at your point of purchase. Sadly, we do not have the capacity to keep all items in our warehouse meaning we were awaiting delivery from our supplier to fulfill your order to which there was a small delay.

We do advise not to book in any plumbers or installers until all goods have been received to ensure they are fit for purpose. This being said, we are extremely sorry that we were unable to fulfill the original delivery date provided despite this being provisional.

BIG JOKE …

after placing order which was all marked as in stock recevied email next day saying items where out of stock. was given 4 dispatch dates all of which changed then given a definite date which also failed but everything still marked as in stock on there website after cancelling order was given a 3 to 5 day for refund. this also has cost me a weeks work as cant supply and fit items

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service, Lee was so kind and patient initially before placing the order he explained clearly regarding the product I needed.
Unfortunately there was a problem with my builder which resulted him rejecting a shower screen that was actually correct, Lee was patient in not assuming the builder was wrong even though he clearly was. He took time and effort and calls back to resolve the issue arrange re delivery while putting up with me being upset .
