Really good plumber. He came really quickly, did the work and charged a fair price. I highly recommend.

I woke up at 3 am to my unit flooding , had no idea how to stop it , called Steve from the plumbing Doctors at 3.10 am on Sunday morning .
Steve saved my unit over the phone walked me through how to temporarily stop the water flow .. the carpet has been flooded but it would have been so much worse if not for the quick , swift action that Steve walked me through . What a top bloke I highly recommend Steve . Thank you plumbing doctor .. very very grateful

Excellent company! We asked for quotes for a few non urgent jobs that we had been leaving. Curtis came out within 48 hours of enquiring, anrrived exactly on time, and was so thorough and clear in his quote for the work. The work was booked and completed within two working days. I can’t fault the company for their communication, and Curtis was wonderful a polite and professional at all times. I will be using Plumbing Doctors for all my future plumbing needs!

Excellent service. We had a leak coming from the loft. The lad took photos to show what had happend and explained what he was going to do to fix it. Very clear and transparent which was appreciated. Will 100% be using them in the future.

Works undertaken: New Combi Boiler installation including disposal of existing system; gas fire service; plumbing check and replacement drainage and remedial works.

So the time came for a new boiler system; having used Plumbing Doctors previously for other minor works I contacted them again as I knew they would be able to help.

I was able to consult and amend the works to my requirements.

Excellent response to my call to sort out my shower. I will certainly use Plumbing & Heating Doctors again and would recommend them.

My kitchen tap came off in my hand leaving me unable to switch off the hot running water. I had to switch the water off at the mains. I called The Plumbing Doctors and they fitted me in that day. Curtis came and fitted a new tap. He was efficient, polite and pleasant. He left my kitchen clean and tidy with a sparkling new tap AND it didn’t cost a fortune. Communication from the very start was fantastic, with Waseem ensuring he could schedule me in around school runs. The text message 5 minutes before to say he was on his way was great too!
Having just moved into a new house, I didn't even know how to use the boiler but also knew it needed servicing. Waseem came round and explained in much needed simple terms how to use the boiler, explaining the current thermostat had broken, explained the cost and if I would like him to fix the issue today, which I did.
Overall Waseem was cost efficient, friendly, works clean and tidy and extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely be using Waseem for other work in the future.
