Plumbing Hot Ltd have been amazing since they fitted my new boiler and radiators last year. Booked in for my annual service in January and Steve arrived on time, was friendly and helpful and also explained everything he had done. Just amazing service overall.

Steve from Plumbing Hot Ltd arrived on time and gave our boiler a complete check over and approval. He also picked up a slight problem with the positioning of certain of the boiler components during its initial installation which I am very grateful for. I have contacted the people who initially installed our boiler and they have assured me that they will send out one of their engineers to rectify the installation problem. I found Steve to be very knowledgeable and friendly and very dedicated and completed the inspection very quickly and thoroughly and we will definitely use this company again for all our boiler inspections and problems. It’s very reassuring to find a company you feel you can really trust for quick and professional service.

We were so fortunate to have chosen Plumbing Hot. When we explained we were pensioners likely to face the New Year without heating or hot water an engineer was sent, a diagnosis made and a new boiler fitted and operational on New Years Day! What impressed me most about this company was their communication and punctuality.Many times in the past we have had tradesmen who haven’t let us know if they were running late or even just not turning up at all! Chris messaged us to confirm our appointment and on the day gave us the time he would be arriving and he was there exactly when he said he would be. He listened to our issue and fixed it promptly without leaving any mess. We would definitely use this company again.

I have used plumbing Hot Ltd on a couple of occasions, highly recommend , they are very professional in what they do, my boiler failed and not having any heating was the last thing I needed in this cold weather , I called the team and within a couple of hours one of the boys turned up to have a look to see what the problem was, this was a courtesy call on the way to another job to see if it was a quick fix, within 20mins I was told the circuit board had failed, they procured the board and the following afternoon the work was done and the heating system was restored, throughout the work the team kept my updated on the times and cost, the experiences I have had with the boys has been great .
