Placed order for Tony Bennett and Diana Krall vinyl test on the 10th August. Still nothing arrived , contacted them , replied, not enough product arrived from Universal Music, from then on nothing. No replies to emails , messages at all, even when asking for a refund. I then stupid me checked out Trustpilot. I am going to have to get my credit card to do the refund. Do not go near PledgeMusic. pay them NO MONEY AT ALL. The comments on Trustpilot seem totally accurate. I even contacted Verve Music TB and Dkrall label. They did no want to know. All I asked was are they actually doing business with Pledge Music. I feel well and truly ripped off by £118. Disgusted !!! Steve B

Ordered something in June and had to cancel it in November because it never showed. They could never tell me when it was coming. Felt like a scam to me.

Don't preorder through them. They can't guarantee any stock. I preordered a live dvd/cd combo. As they were the only place to ship to Australia. Woke up with an email from them saying the order has been cancelled because they can't get stock

just got an artwork replaced which was damaged on transport. Perfect Service. All prior deliveries were perfect and never had a problem.
That a numbered and signed artwork (that would be sold out) gets replaced is not too common. THANKS!

Molly was straight onto the problem and was able to help me with the minimum of email traffic. Terrific service

Have been using Pledgemusic as a pledger for a few years, the only problems i have encountered have been with clothing sizes (twice) not Pledgemusic's fault thats a problem with T Shirts everywhere - someone please standardise T Shirt sizing! Anyway, back to the review, both times Pledgemusic have been helpful, the most recent time even more so than before, responding and sending a replacement quickly and keeping me updated all the way.
I have no idea if it's the only place to buy the limited edition stuff from some of the bands & artists I follow, I've never needed or wanted to look elsewhere.

I cannot recommend the guys at PledgeMusic highly enough. I received a signed copy of Orbital’s new album Monsters Exist on vinyl which was damaged at one corner. I contacted Albert at Customer Service who duly and politely sorted everything out, keeping me updated with the progress of my enquiry and sending a new, pristine copy out within a matter of days. Albert, you’re a legend. Thanks again.

Items received as ordered and almost on the date of the release, excellent and friendly customer service, fast responding..Only there is/are a lots of troubles with the shipments/post deliveries that I know of..? That's a thing that could and must be better..!!
But in general it was acceptable for mine experience..but with some friciton indeed...Tnx anyway and for all help..

I ordered the new The Kooks album on Vinyl. I ordered from Australia and originally had some concerns regarding postage time. I emailed customer service and was provided a response immediately (Thanks Josefine). The album has since arrived and is just as expected. Will definitely purchase from here again in the future.

You raise funds, the hold the funds and no one can give you an ETA on when they will be released. I raised funds and reached goal in APRIL 15, 2018, it's Sept 13, 2018 and I am still waiting on an ETA for final payment.

This company is shady. AND they take the LARGEST percentage out of all of them.

Don't go with this site.

Absolutely delighted. Yes, despatch took a lot longer than expected & communication could be better & no protective wrapping on the guitar hard case but they also saved me money & kept further costs down. I bought the Stone Sour song #3 Christian Martucci Custom Charvel white guitar & he added in extras including Stone Sour Zippo lighter, 2 stone sour plectrums & extra guitar strings & a written note of several lines about guitar etc & signed. He also signed the back plate & it was in immaculate condition despite being used on tour & for 2 videos. It's a gift for my son & without Pledge Music, I wouldn't have had that opportunity & it's meant so much to me. Cried today when it arrived. Ordered 17th Aug 2018 & received it all the way over in Scotland UK today the 10th Sept 2018. Thank you Molly so much : )

Ordered before no problems , don’t know why latest order haven’t received knowing others have received theirs , 3 emails no replies , customer service not Very good !
Update found them on Facebook messaged them , replied in a hour , and they are getting it sorted , shouldn’t have to use Facebook but at least sorted

A year ago I pre-ordered David Duchovny's second album for my wife. I understand delays when recording. This hasn't been the problem. My issue is the total lack of relevant and knowledgeable communication from PledgeMusic when it comes to making sure that customers receive the items they supported and paid for. The MP3 was released almost 5 months after its original scheduled date. It has now been 7 months since that release and NO physical products have reached the customers. No updates are given with the exception of "We're sorry, but we will look into this." I have since cancelled my order, which I have now been informed that it will take 30+ days to receive a refund.

I'm done with PledgeMusic. Terrible customer service and business practices.

Absolute worse crowdfunding platform you could use and I've tried them all - Kickstarter, Indiegogo, GoFundMe, Patreon, & PledgeMusic. They take a much HIGHER percentage than their competitors and DO NOT RELEASE THE FUNDS in a timer manner. I was told they were "back logged on releasing funds" and that they would give me "an ETA on when I could expect them" as if my fans hadn't already been charged. I was contacted by the old company partner who worked really diligently to try and get my funds to me but they were dispersed in multiple partial payments. This company must be struggling financially and have money management issues because I have not seen 100% of my funds yet and the campaign was in MARCH 2018. It's almost AUGUST 2018 right now.

DO NOT USE PLEDGEMUSIC if you are depending on your funds immediately.

Signed Box Set came unsigned and they said that in the description it didnt say that it would be signed even though it was labelled as such huge rip off and still says that it will come signed and even asks who to make it out to. £130 down the drain :/

I had ordered a CD some months back and received a shipping confirmation on the next day. The CD has never turned up. After contacting the customer service (which appears like a blog rather than a contact form) I had not received an answer for about three weeks. I eventually received some kind of apology without any attempt to solve the issue, asking if the address provided was correct (it was). However at that point in time I had already retrieved my money via the credit card company (thankfully).

Been over a year, and I still haven't received the items I was promised from my Pledge.
The fulfillment date was changed to june 1st of this year, but I still haven't heard a word, and I am starting to doubt if I will ever get the things I paid for.
