The courier tried to deliver the parcel on 2 occasions but was unsuccessful. The customer was not willing to stay on hold with the courier to arrange a re-delivery.
When we called the courier, it turned out that the customer had not filled out their address details correctly, which was the cause of non-delivery.
This was the customer’s 4th order and there were no issues with the previous 3.

Movie night box
I ordered the 4 person movie night in box and we were very pleased with it when it arrived as it was presented very well with it all being in the right positions within the box. There was no problems with it at all and the delivery was very good also. We will be using this again in the near future! Thank you

I can see that you placed your order on June 25th (Friday) and selected our standard delivery, which is 3 - 5 weekdays.
The order was dispatched by us on the Monday and it arrived on the Thursday (weekday 4), which was inside of our service level commitment.
We do have a priority delivery service, which if selected, would have resulted in the parcel arriving on the Tuesday.
We also offer a free delivery service when orders are placed over £35.
Great sweets.
Excellent service great choice of sweets.. Good prices. Makes you remember when you could buy lots of sweets from the shop... Even if you only had 10p,20p or even 30p.. Will use again. Good value for money.

I can see that you placed your order just before 11pm on the 30/04/21 and that we were not able to dispatch this until 04/05/21 due to the weekend and the bank holiday on 03/05/21.
I can also see that Hermes delivered the parcel on 06/05/21, which is still within the 4-7 days we state on our website for Standard Delivery, which was selected at the checkout.
We do ask that if customers want their orders sooner than 4-7 days, they should select the Priority Delivery option, which is 1-2 working days.
A great selection!
