I buy in for a poker table never even played on the table and this crooks can’t even return the money that I bought in. The only reason they can give you is you will get your money back as soon as possible. And the tech is taking so slow to fixed the issue with all the money they’re getting. And they will give you a 50 token for your frustration. I will never trust this company ever again. I would share this trust pilot on Facebook they kept advertising PlayNow there.

There’s little to no promotions.
Deposits have little to no incentive.
There’s literally no draw to depo nor do they give any depositing players boosts or codes to say thanks for giving them money.
The promos I’ve gotten once a month at best were all recycled “15% cashback” type and I got nothing at all for depositing over the months. Birthday bonus was pointless because of the rtp which I’ll mention in a min. Getting nothing after giving a lot doesn’t make me feel better and I literally haven’t won anything to even extended my regular gameplay. At least gimme something to keep playing.
Their rtp must be near 0 cuz I have yet to win anything I could cashout either nor see anyone I know win anything over a few bucks. Also your money is gone super fast because the selection of games they have are not for penny players. They want to drain you and they will. The games are glitchy and the site kicks you off if you play any sort of session style. I think it’s 30mins. But before that you’ll probably see lots of lag or glitches or kicks that interrupt the gameplay. The menu and several site itself looks like it never changes and it’s very poorly designed. The FAQ and all the advice really push me away. I come to be entertained and it feels like a library or a simulation casino. I don’t enjoy my time playing even for the few minutes I’m online. It as if it doesn’t get updates at all and there’s no emails or “insider” perks. I have never received one and I check my spam.

Do not trust this live casino. Their swings are insanely improbable against you and dealers probably cheat, make a lot of suspicious moves, may be also cheating of other forms such as substituting what cards show or stealing face cards.

I made a 2 game bet. Blue Jays and Red Sox both to win. They both won, bet was made at 6 p.m. both games were already running. The early Red Sox game was well over. This happened on Wed, July 2nd 2025. Check the evening scores for yourself. Playnow keeps insisting Boston Red Sox lost. ESPN website says the RedSox won the evening game which was the game concerned. They should hire people who know how to read scores if they are going to run a sports betting game.

This website has gotten worse instead of better. I get kicked off a game saying I've been playing for an hour when it's only been 20-30 mins. It gives you an option to keep playing or log off and neither option works. I got booted off almost an hour ago and the same prompts keep popping up even though I've cleared cache and data, restarted the device and it's the same cycle. But guess what??? Would be a zero star dont use this site it may be a government site but it's still a scam casino wanting to make money off you. especially the live casino games. I have put thousands in the slots aswell which never pay more than you put in over time. It's not worth it.

Fell into the Keno trap. I understand the odds are ridiculous. When you buy a keno ticket online and think you’re watching a live draw you’re being fooled. The computer within a second of the count down determines the “winning numbers” and knows that your ticket is either a winner or most times loser. Pretty amazing computer. Wonder what else it can do… Like calculating what numbers to play so at least a good majority gets back a couple of dollars, bring in maximum profit, pretty much make sure no one gets 10 out of 10. Would be my wild conspiracy. Makes the odds way more ridiculous. Have also noticed multiple times that if you ever do win and withdraw any amount, feels like the winnings cease to exist and they nickel and dime bag you because you took from them.

I made a withdraw of $150, and it has been more than a week that the withdraw have not been deposited into my account till date. My experience is similar to other reviews for PlayNow. Constant glitches, random and frequent logouts, 'data not received' is common, logouts with notification that you are not in the province even after playing for an hour from your own HOUSE!! Calls to customer service are useless. The same excuses are used such as clear your cache, allow for location detection, your internet is the problem, your router is the problem. I think they just throw at a dart board and use whatever excuse it lands on.
The games are programmed to take your money. I absolutely believe that the games are NOT random spins generated by the computer programs. While I don't expect a "Las Vegas" style experience, I would expect that the slot games would at least produce one of the features promoted for each game after spending a reasonable amount of money. I have spent hundreds of dollars on a game and have not even been teased with a bonus or free spin feature. The programmers aren't even attempting to make it fun and exciting. I don't expect to win the big prize but it would certainly make things a bit less boring if a free spin came along once in a while, and at least gave you back the amount of your bet per spin.
The last few times I logged in (which took 15 minutes of lag time despite lightening internet connection), I noticed something quite concerning. Once you see it, you can't un-see it. The claims of random spin sequences are becoming more hard to believe. After playing one particular game, I noticed that about every 5 spins I would get a spin result that was exactly same. Another 5 spins and the 6th result would be the same as one from the previous 5 spins before it. This went on for about half an hour. I was betting a minimum bet but that should not have mattered. I checked the info page for the game and there were no statements saying larger bet amounts would increase chances of winning jackpots etc. There are supposed to be hundreds of combinations on these multiline slots. A conservative estimate over the half hour to 45 minutes (once I noticed the scam) and I would say I experienced at least 20 identical sequences with each instance spaced out between 5-6 spins. I am kicking myself now because I should have been taking screenshots once I suspected what I was seeing but the website kicked me out/logged off and I was unable to get back in. Only a spinning circle for 20 minutes (I cleared cache, browsing history, refreshed browser and tried an alternate browser - nothing worked). There definitely needs to be audits and investigations. There is NOTHING random about these slot games.

Misled about a sports bet settlement.

I had found a bet on a ufc fight of under 0.5 rounds. After double checking with support and asking if the fight ended in the first round if it settled as a win or loss. I was told it would settle as a win. It ended in round 1 at 4:30 mark of the fiest round (5 minute rounds) have had to reach out to support to see if they will make it right. I have screenshots of it all. Very awful experience having "customer support" mislead you on bet settlement.
