I recieved an e-mail stating that I've be signed up for a subscription on their website (despite me never visiting it) after noticing I've been charged nearly 40€.
After following the instructions in the e-mail to cancel the monthy subscription, it requires you to sign in, which I couldn't do, since I have never previously been on the website nor made an account with my card, and therefore can't cancel the subscription.
I've contacted their customer support via e-mail and their website multiple times now, along with their "online" supervisors and have yet to hear back from any of them.
For anyone bothering to check the website out, don't.
(Edited) I've checked all of my accounts and none, including the one on which I got the subscription notification on have recieved any previous e-mails about a sign in to the website.
