I had a great experience with this driving school and I 100% recommend Marius as an instructor. He is extremely patient, calm, and warm, which makes learning to drive much less stressful and far more enjoyable.

Marius explains everything clearly, never rushes, and always makes sure you feel confident and comfortable behind the wheel. His supportive attitude and professionalism truly make a difference.

If you’re looking for a driving instructor who genuinely cares about your progress, Marius is the perfect choice.

I had such a great experience with Marius while learning how to drive! A friend of mine recommended Marius to me, and I’m very grateful they did, as I’m now recommending him to my friends and family who are learning to drive too! :) Marius is a very friendly, patient, and honest instructor.

I had some experience with another instructor before, who made me feel very stressed because they weren’t patient enough and made me feel bad for my mistakes. As a learner, you really need that extra patience and reassurance. With Marius, you will not have any bad or stressful experiences, he talks things through and explains them calmly. If you make a mistake at a particular junction, he will be explain to you what was the mistake and will redirect you to go through it again so you can learn and build confidence.

Marius also has a really nice, easy-to-drive car with lots of modern features, which makes learning much easier, you don’t have to battle with a car that’s difficult to handle or not functioning properly. I only had about 20 hours with Marius before I was test-ready (although I did have a bit of practice with my mum at the very beginning as well).

Marius explains everything clearly and doesn’t hold back your progress. If you pick things up quickly, he’ll move forward and focus on improving your weaker areas instead of repeating what you already know. I gained confidence quite quickly, had a lovely overall experience, and I’m super happy and proud with my pass now! Huge thanks to Marius for teaching me to be a confident and safe driver!

I highly recommend this Marius. The lessons were productive and well structured. I feel a lot more confident driving and making decisions independently, and managing controlling the car whilst planning ahead. I was prepared for what to expect on the test and the steps I needed to take to succeed and was able to pass first time.

Marius is an incredible driving instructor and would recommend him to anyone who is ready to start learning to drive!

Platon Driving School is simply the best! Thanks to them, I’ve become so much more confident driving on the road. My instructor is extremely patient and calm, always guiding me step by step and encouraging me to improve. He not only teaches you how to drive safely but also helps you become the best version of yourself behind the wheel. I couldn’t recommend this school enough!

After completing about half of our lessons, communication from the instructor ended abruptly. They did not provide an update or respond to my messages, effectively terminating the lessons without notice. I understand that circumstances can change, but a simple, upfront message is the bare minimum of professional courtesy.
I wish them well.

Marius has been a fantastic driving instructor I couldn’t recommend him more! I was so nervous to start having had a long break from driving, but Marius was very reassuring and patient with me. He gave me lots of great tips and advise explained things thoroughly and made me feel really confident. Booking in lessons was very easy and flexible as well which worked great with my schedule.

Thanks to Marius’s support, I went from being terrified of driving to passing my test in just 1 month. He’s really friendly, patient, and always made me feel comfortable during lessons. Before learning with Marius, I really struggled with the clutch, it knocked my confidence and I developed a lot of anxiety around driving, so much so that I avoided driving completely and eventually ended up switching instructors. Learning in Marius’s car made a big difference (the biting point is lower which made it easier to manage), but more importantly, his teaching style really helped build my confidence back up. He never made me feel bad for making mistakes and was always so encouraging. I’d 100% recommend him to anyone, especially if you’re feeling nervous or struggling with confidence

Very professional attitude of the instructor to his work. Marius is really interested in your good result. If you pass his mock- test, then the driving exam itself will seem like an easy car ride around the city. A really good driving instructor, Marius is kind, helpful and explains things very well, as well as being excellent at answering any questions you may have and helping you fix mistakes in your driving. I would highly recommend :)

Marius has a really good way of explaining things—clear, easy to follow, and straight to the point. His communication made learning feel simple, even when it came to tricky parts like maneuvers or roundabouts. I picked up useful habits that helped me feel more confident on the road with every lesson, and thanks to his support, I passed much sooner than I expected. Definitely someone I’d recommend to anyone serious about learning to drive properly.

Marius is an excellent teacher and is very patient, he also gives very good and constructive advice and feedback. We did lots of practice of all the tricky roads and manoeuvres and thanks to the things I learnt, I passed my test first time ! 10 / 10; would recommend Platon Driving school to everyone who wants to learn how to drive.

Used Marius for my daughters driving instructor after her not progressing well with first instructor for a few years and within a month and half she passed her test! So pleased, he is easy to get on with , great communicator and now my daughter can have her freedom of driving 😃 thank you so much! 😊

I did refresher lessons with Marius to rebuild my confidence after not driving for six years. Marius is incredibly patient and has a great way of clearly explaining the rules of the road. I always felt safe during the lessons, and thanks to his calm and supportive teaching style, I was able to regain my skills and confidence much quicker than I expected. Highly recommend!

Very clear instructions and will let you know as soon as you get something wrong. Very nice and easy to get along with. Very fair decent priced especially for in and around Cambridge. Through Marius's clear instruction and guidance i managed to pass my practical test first try. Definitely give him a chance and you most certainly will not regret it.

Very nice instructions and feedback, I already have experience driving from another country, so it’s good that Marius spot my bad habits in driving and adjusting with UK roads and rules, got the test pass in first try after 4 sessions!
