Excellent value and excellent service. The guys I dealt with were polite, pleasant and keen to be helpful as possible. After the only time a phone was not answered I was called back within a minute. So keep them apprised if your timings and requirements and they are ready for you as needed. Even charged my electric car ready for collection (separate charge obviously). Absolutely recommend and will use nothing else now if flying from Birmingham

Very disappointing experience with this platinum valet parking service.

We specifically chose this company because they promised a car cleaning service, which was not done at all. On top of that, the service was extremely unprofessional. We called 45 minutes before arrival , yet still had to wait around 20 minutes outside in the cold with an infant and multiple suitcases just to get our car and key back.

After a long journey, this added unnecessary stress and frustration. The lack of organisation and failure to deliver what was promised is unacceptable.

I would not recommend this service and would strongly advise others to avoid it.

Can't recommend this service highly enough. We were met on arrival at the car park and booked in straight away. Short walk to departures.
On return our car arrived at the car park at the same time as we did so no waiting around. Straight into the car and on our way!

We used platinum valet in March 2026. We arrived with my car, communication was brilliant and drop off and pick up was spot on. We found the people involved were really friendly and welcoming. We will definitely use again.

Some one left a cigarette ash in the car and removed connection of my camera

Amazing service at the start and end of our holiday. It was early morning and awful weather so I missed the entrance to the car park. A gentleman called and asked if I had just driven past, then directed me back in. Very helpful and friendly staff once there who directed myself and my son to the airport entrance which was the shortest walk away.

Upon landing back in the UK, I called to inform them we were getting our luggage. When we got back to the car, it was warm and ready to go, no damage and no major mileage. The gentleman helped load my suitcases into the boot and had a cracking smile.

Will absolutely be using again.

Excellent, very good service and value. They were in touch at every point to arrange a swift handover and pickup from Birmingham valet parking as agreed. The car was well looked after and low mileage recorded.

Really shocking service , took our vehicle in and then when on holiday what's app us to say the charge had gone up and i would not get my car back unless i paid extra!!!

Along with the on time pick up and drop off, it can back with a full valet clean. The car look as if it is brand new. Service was amazing.

The company make extra miles to take care of my car after I booked them at last minute after find out my previous booking with different company was huge mistake .when I pick up my car to make me feel better they even clean my car for free .From now flying from Birmingham airport will use only them .Friendly professional trusted company .Joanna Dakiewicz

Very short notice booking which was handled professionally and quickly. I was looked after by the owner, Harry. The quality of the cleaning was also exceptional. Highly recommended.

A good value and professional outfit that I felt comfortable leaving my car with. The final star would be earned by ensuring their luggage trolleys available at the valet parking area as it’s a long walk to the terminal, especially so with the building works that are happening.

Somy was great, easy reachable and informative. My car was just how I left it, mileage, fuel level and condition of the car checked before we left for departures. Will be using platinum valet again.

Everything went as planned the guys who meet us on both occasions where welcoming and informative. Great service we will definitely use them again. While we where away we paid for the car to be valeted and it was done very professionally

Harry and his team were outstanding. From start to finish we felt liked valued individuals, not just another booking. First time ever our mileage has been recorded when we dropped the car off. In addition to requiring to show some ID when collecting the car, not just handing over our ticket. Outstanding customer service skills, lovely boys. Highly recommend them.
