Well i have nothing bad to say at all, quick turn around, always answer any questions and cards look great in the slabs.

So when these 1st popped up on my tiktok feed I thought same as most would scam, but PayPal was a payment method which has protection so I sent in 2 weiss schwarz cards rem and sinon. These were both sent back within the time frame of my order they also do live streams where they talk to customers,give updates and just enjoy the collector space, you don't feel like a number you feel like someone will love seeing your cards and give them the true grade and with the sub parts it helps you know what impacted the final grade. Since my 1st experience I have sent alot more cards for grading including expensive ones and the customer service is amazing if I ever have a question they will answer in a nice manner instead of just saying check this part of our site like other experiences can be.

I will continue to send cards I love for grading with them as I know the love I have for that card will be respected the entire way

I sent my cards over to platinum for the first time this month. At first felt abit weary as it’s a new company however the whole experience was great start to finish! Turnaround was within the time period allocated (actually came back quicker!) and the customer service was fantastic. Even the grading scale is accurate. Can’t fault from start to finish and all staff are very interactive with the community. If like myself you want to keep your cards protected and graded look no further and I do believe they will be a big company in the near future along with the others :)

These guys popped up on my fyp on tiktok a while back when they only had like 1 video up and they were offering to grade 2 cards for free. I didn't believe it and my wife certainly didn't but after chatting to them on Instagram for a little bit, they put me at ease and I sent in a couple of cards.
I have never had cards graded before and I've seen loads of people doing it so I thought 'why not?'
I didn't expect to receive my 2 little cards so well presented in these slabs! From the label to the sleeve everything is in, it all looked so clean. My cards are now preserved for life and protected against anything.
Their grading process is strict but fair and they never go against what they know (even giving their own pack fresh cards an 8) and that makes me trust them to give me a truly honest and non biased grade.
What makes me stay and keep sending cards (apart from the reasonable cost) is the customer service and community they have made. I've worked in retail for 16 years and have never seen a bunch of people so genuinely nice! They listen to us and take all of our advice and criticism on board to help their company be better. These guys are just epic!
I will keep sending cards and they will put up with me for quite a while, old label to new label and future tweaks and changes, I'll always prefer my cards in those slabs!

From the moment i decided to grade cards to the moment i unwrapped my slabs PCGs customer care was second to none!

I had questions before I sent and looked for contact details and they have so many (constantly manned) points of contact (facebook, Instagram, tiktok, email, discord etc) which made it very easy to connect with them.

Once a connection had been made and my questions answered i didnt feel like "just a number" i felt like the person i was talking to actually had an interest in talking to me about my cards.

I sent off my cards and didnt have to wait too long (compared to other graders)
2 weeks to the day and my cards were back with me.

The slabs look stunning and really professional, the grades are whole numbers and I believe are fair grades!

The slabs were packaged really well it would have taken ALOT to damage them in transit.

Also i was pleasantly surprised to find that the toploaders i had sent my cards in had been returned to me!

Not 1 other company I have used has returned the top loaders to me!
(If trustpilot had a 6th star THIS! would have got it for you!)

Overall... all i can say is thankyou PCG I am and will be a returning customer... (Again!)

They were my first and only card grading company I have used. In the UK it is quite difficult to get cards sent off to Beckett or PSA, so I looked for an alternative. I was unsure whether they graded Weiss schwarz cards so I emailed them to check and they were very fast to respond and provided photo examples. I sent them off and as soon as they arrived they emailed me saying they had arrived. You can also check the progress of your card using their website which is a helpful tool. The turnaround time was very good about 2-3 weeks (advertised as 3-4 weeks on website) which for £10 a card is a lot better than most other grading companies. I have zero experience grading so can't say much but the grades were as I expected. I have sent a total of 15 cards so far and will definitely be sending more in the future.

These guys are the best newcomers in the card grading scene, they’ve been open and honest from the get go, they have experience, knowledge and actual integrity in the business.

I have submitted in my Rayquaza Vmax and V cards in which was super easy to do and a quick trip to the post office meant they are on the way!

Not only have they made such a great business but they are building a lovely community on discord too so if you’re looking for likeminded people come and join!

I cannot recommend these guys enough, Felix and Laurence are really doing great things here and I can honestly say you will no problems grading with these guys who are happy to keep you updated throughout the process. You will not be disappointed.

I had never graded cards before and you feel a bit nervous sending off your prized cards, but PCG are honestly amazing.
Their website is easy to use, the prices are very good and they look after the cards incredibly well. Their customer service is top-notch and I got my cards back much faster than i had anticipated. I recently sent off two more cards for them to grade and i am very exited to recieve them after grading! Honestly, 10/10 company i will be using for any grading that i want to do in the future.

I found these online and thought id try them out.

First off I wanted to know a bit more about the order process before I tried them so contacted there customer service, to my delight I had a reply with minutes with clear user friendly instructions on how to go about sending in my cards.

So off I sent my cards, Turn around was amazing only took a few days, the cards were shipped back in excellent packaging, they could probably ship glassware its that good.

The Cases themselves have a really nice finish, look great and feel strong and secure.

Highly rate this place to anyone, having order a few times now id also like to mention they are really active on almost all social media platforms and will always get back to you.

What can I say I seen these guys post on insta or tiktok back in August about some free grades sadly I was in hospital at the time but a quick message to them they kindly let me send my cards in only about a week later they got here and I was very very happy with the grades.
Now I think I've send in loads of cards some nicer than others one of my cards was very popular 😂 if I could give 10 stars I would absolutely brilliant people to work with.

Was sceptical at first, saw the advertisement on TikTok and instagram for there company. This company goes above and beyond to give customers exactly what they want in a respectful and speedy manner. Used this company 4-5 times not to grade cards and there grading system is one of the best. Will deffo use again
