Supposed to have commenced the cleaning of several communal stair wells weeks ago but have failed to attend and never respond to emails, non service and no communication
Demanded payment upfront then didn’t turn up. Finally got through to them to complain, they said they would get back to me didn’t. Don’t touch this cowboy outfit with a barge pole. Thieves
In terms of the cleaning service they did a reasonable job.
Communication wasn’t so good as the cleaner was almost an hour late and I had to chase around to find out where they were rather than being phoned ahead to warn me they would be late.
My main issue however is they appear to have gone AWOL since the visit.
I was told after paying that I would get an invoice via email later that day, but I never did.
I have since spent the last month regularly calling, emailing and submitting the form on their website as I need the invoice to get my deposit back from my landlord but their phone number quoted on the website (0330 111 3456) is no longer connected and I’ve had no response to emails.
I also contacted the cleaner they sent who only a week later no longer worked for them.
This all seems very fishy to me so not sure if the company went bust pretty much on the day they came to clean or if I was somehow scammed (not sure how as they did do the cleaning!).
If anyone has additional contact details for this company I would appreciate them!
Junk service. Poor cleaning. They will take your debit card details and deduct money although they have not completed the job properly.
Tried cleaning a house inside 2 to 3 hours using one person.
Run on the cheap.

We paid £550.00 for our house to be cleaned before moving. We listed the items that we would need cleaning and were quoted £550.00 for this to be done. Upon arriving 45 mins late, we were told parts of our house were 'disgusting' which in regard to the kitchen was valid. Since the house was in such bad shape they would only do 4 hours work as they had another customer later that day and we would have to pay extra if we wanted it all done on another day. What are we paying £550 for? Is the usual rate £137.50 for two people to hoover the room? Not what was agreed to be cleaned?
The worst of it was that we charged £100.00 to have the carpets properly cleaned. When I told Anita (District Manager - SW London) that since it was just a short period of time, please allow the cleaners to focus on the rest of the house and not do the carpets she only offered me £50 refund of the £100 that we were charged for a job they weren't going to do. It wasn't until I kept arguing the point she reluctantly agreed. Great work, Anita!
DO NOT USE Platinum Cleaners if you want a good service. It's a shame because the two cleaners today were actually very good but under clear instruction that they were only to be there for 4 hours. In the future if you agree to do a job, don't blame it on the customer saying "their house is too dirty" and don't overbook.
Great to see that 34% of the people on here have the same view. The rest of my house will also leave a bad review here unless you would wish to discuss over the phone.
Also, is it tax reasons that you ask for cash?
No doubt Anita will respond with a rude and abrasive reply and take no accountability for her incompetence :)

The London Team did an amazing job on a very dirty renovated property. Looks spotless and one of the team even worked with a healing broken elbow and didn’t complain once poor darling!!

As it was 7pm I agreed but the next slot they could give me was a week later, completely pointless. I then asked for my deposit back which they refused.
Interesting, I wonder if I had changed the appointment time 3 times they would be so accommodating.

Anita from London was pleasant to deal with, well organised and delivered a deep flat clean for my daughter who moved into a filthy flat just before Christmas! Sharon, who did the clean, was amazing. Totally deserve a 5⭐️ rating

Post builder clean for 3 beds / 4 bathrooms booked with Asum's team in Buckinghamshire.
The builders sent in their own cleaner so only 1 bathroom needed doing, and 1 bedroom was unavailable as painter still there. For the full price therefore only 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms could be cleaned. They still did a dreadful job. The cleaning team (James & partner) argued strongly that it's not part of an end of building clean to wipe any surfaces - only the fabric of the building is covered. THey therefore left thick layers of tile dust on shelves / furniture. They also failed to properly clean the actual fabric of the building - doors were not wiped down and were thick with dust, the one bathroom they did was left smeary and with tile dust all around the shower tray. The fire surround was not touched and left cobwebby / dusty and very visibly dirty. Where surfaces were wiped, they weren't wiped to the edges so the sides were left dirty. Photos of all this and a video have been sent to Asum who has declined to respond despite multiple attempts to contact him.
There is no head office and the numbers on the website go through to people who say they're unable to help. Do not use this company.

Edit: we never heard from anyone despite the note below and when Asum surfaced weeks later from "holiday", he refused to respond to the multiple videos and photos he was sent.

You would not believe the difference.
My carpets are fresh and clean for the first time in years.
In addition to the incredible service they are polite and friendly and i felt completely safe and comfortable with them in my home.

Extremely disappointed with my Redhill carpet clean, it was not clean and hardly any stains removed, vanish would have done a better job.
I called the company to complain, they said they would call the technician and call me back, rather they went ahead to charge my card and never called back.

company were meant to provide an end of tenancy clean. the standard was totally unacceptable. the cleaner returned, spent 30 mins and left. the property is still not clean.

Avoid at all cost.
Cleaning quality was a joke. I paid over 300 pounds for end of tenancy cleaning with carpet cleaning.
The carpet was not even vaccumed correctly. The surfaces were merely wiped. Following me complaint, they expected me to point finger at a single thing that they did not clean. The company is a franchise and the franchisor clearly does not care about the quality of the services. I was trying to get in touch with them after my attempts to resolve the situation with franchisee were unsuccessful but was turned down.
At the end all was left to me was to recover my money via chargeback or litigate.
Save yourself trouble and go with someone whom a trusted person can refer.

I can only congratulate the team that cleaned our carpets they never stopped they were at my house for nearly 4 hours and my carpets are like brand new. I would recommend this company and use them again

I had my sofa frame and carpets cleaned.
I was satisfied with the carpet cleaning however my sofas were still grubby after the clean. The ‘technician’ explain Ed he did the best he could on the grubby patches, fine. However during the sofa cleaning process considerable damage was done to our wooden floor. The chemicals used stripped away the varnish so we are left with streaks all over the floor and the wet sofa was push up against the wall after it had been cleaned which has damaged paint work. We were not told to cover the floors otherwise I would have put towels down to prevent this. What makes this even worse that I’m sure the technician knew he had done this and made our floors so wet that it covered up the marks and we only saw them once the floor started to dry out several hours later.
I have contacted them several times via phone and email and had no response. Have seen that serval people have also been ignored when they try to complain. AVOID.
