Shocking service. Box lids wouldn't fit and some broken. Sent me new ones... lids wouldn't fit. Agreed to accept a portion as refund as boxes in part ok. No refund after 2 months!!!

Ordered £30 worth of boxes, Had 1 email to say my order had been completed money taken and no goods received. Phone number cuts off and dont answer emails. Will have to take up with trading standards and paypal

Ordered storage boxes from this company, some arrived broken so returned, tried for months for a refund with continuous email reminders but only told it would be processed and they would let me know. I gave them another chance and asked for alternative items for the value and they couldn’t do that right! Returned these items and again fighting for a refund. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY

Like most recent reviews I recommend you avoid this seller. The day after I placed my order I received an email saying my order was complete. No tracking number was sent. I have never received the item nor have I had any updates despite several emails (never responded) and "phone calls" (no one ever answered the phone).

no protective packaging. 6 of the 10 containers arrived smashed. The lids do not fit as the fixings on lid and base dont align.
contacted to request refund, fobbed off several times, as low on staff. Then told waiting for replacement order, which i hadnt agreed to. Emails no longer responded to, phones not answered, social media contact not responded to

Ordered they took payment .Recived email with no busness contact information on Then next day website not online no answer on phone . Had to make a claim via card company.

Like so many others didn't read the reviews first but obvioulsy a scam company as they don't reply to emails, don't answer the phone and don't sent the goods out. But they will take your money , I will be reporting them to trading standards and get them investigated as they are theives.

Ordered a set of clear storage boxes from this company. However, boxes with black lids arrived without any notification or warning when I emailed about the issue I was told that warehouse ran out of clear lids and just decided that they would use black ones instead without notifying me ... because of the mix up a partial refund was negotiated (which took a while and some chasing) once the price was agreed the refund was not made despite my multiple emails. I was told that the department making refunds will be chased up but had no news until I sent another email. Eventually they stopped answering altogether. They never Pick up the phone so I couldn't through to anyone that way. The partial refund has been agreed over 3 months ago now and yet no refund has been made to my account. Highly unprofessional company with terrible customer service. Stay away. I will I read reviews here before I ordered.

Like others, wish I’d checked reviews first but didn’t. My order arrived with half being the wrong colour and one being broken. Company said they’d send a replacement for the broken one and were “looking into what happened” with the wrong colour items. Weeks later, I emailed again as I hadn’t heard anything or received my replacement. They ignored me, so I emailed another one or two times over the week. I got told I was getting a refund but that never came either.
They’re absolutely shocking! Awful service and even worse customer service and just an absolute lack of professionalism. What an absolute waste of time and money! I’ll be taking further action with the matter.

So unfortunate that I didn't check reviews until after I had spent money with these shysters. The baskets weren't as pictured. The order was short 10 baskets of 60 ordered. Of those that arrived, like others posted here, more than a dozen were broken. They aren't responding to emails.

Awful company! Poor communication, rude staff and to be honest, poor quality items! Wouldn’t bother if I was you.

I ordered 10 boxes last week and they arrived this week but half are broken (corners snapped off) and they are not answering the phone ever and not replying to emails.

Was sent boxes that did not match what I had ordered. Customer service (if you can call it that) was slow and unresponsive. Plastic Storage Boxes eventually collected the boxes but have never refunded for the money I paid them despite me chasing them now for weeks.

Visited the website and ordered some goods (order no.27358) and when I didn’t receive a follow up email confirming my order,I tried to phone,to no avail.I must say customer service could be improved but three days later the goods arrive well packaged.I gave 5 stars only because of my relief that my order was completed.Please Plasticstorageboxes improve your customer services I’m sure you would have more orders and not negative reviews.

Customer service is shockingly bad.
We shall see what happens when my order arrives but having read the reviews I shan’t hold my breath.

After placing my order before reading the reviews, I can admit that I was filled with apprehension on my oversight. I can happily confirm that my order was received the following week, complete and well packaged. I am sorry to hear that so many of you have had issues but I felt it only fair to put my positive experience on here too! Many thanks

I ordered on 7 Jan. It is now 1 feb and I have not received my item. I have emailed numerous times and had one response saying sorry for delay and another saying they will look into refund. Neither have I received a refund or my item. This company is a joke do not buy from here. Order number 26755

Appalling customer service, never answer the phone, will be asking for a refund through PayPal. Wish I’d read the reviews first as my order has never been sent

Their lucky they got 1 star. AVOID COMPANY! worst customer service. I have been waiting for My order since 24th Sept.. no response to my emails so I resorted to Facebook messages, and lots of them, out of all the messages I sent I had 3 responses in nr 3 months! Utterly useless need to be shut down. I will now have to go through my bank to get a refund. PLASTIC STORAGE BOX needs closing down! Do not use

Didn't do a search before ordering, otherwise the low rating would have rung alarm bells.

Ordered 40 boxes, received half and the ones I received had the wrong colour lids. Support insist on a picture but I can't see what a picture of something not there will show or if they think I don't know the difference between black and clear.

The prices are ok and if you get the order you want then good for you, but it appears to be a bit of a gamble.
