I had been using a meal prep company for around 7 years, after going veggie my options became very limited and deciding to go plant based meant I needed to look at my options elsewhere and I found Planty, I’ve now had two orders from them and all I can say is I wish I found them sooner! The portions are perfect, and the food is wonderful. I love the variety I now have in my food which was seriously lacking before. If you’re looking for plant based food with variety and flavour then I’d recommend getting your order in! Delivery options are convenient and have arrived exactly when expected. To top it off, I love that you can return the packing. I can safely say I am a huge Planty fan!

I have tried a few of these type of hi end meals and this is by far the best.
Vegan and full of nutrition, without losing anything on taste. They are also a proper size - much bigger than a regular supermarket meal.
I hit a problem with my subscription (my fault) but quick as a flash, Scarlett had it sorted...and didn't make it difficult for me. Thank you, Scarlett. Will definitely be ordering a week. They are worth the money but if, like me, you're on a tight budget, they are perfect for half the week and then pad out the rest with home made stew or a jacket, salad and beans. I am not getting how people think this food is good. Just ordered about 8 different meals and I would not reorder any of them. Almost lifelong vegetarian near vegan. Allplants was miles better. This food tastes weird. We could not finish any meal.

I love how it doesn’t just have too much tofu or edamame beans for high protein. I tried Simmer eat before for meal prep which did just that. This is way better everything feels balanced without excessive repetition of tofu or beans.

Exceptional in every way. Food quality is very high for microwaveable meals, and it's clear that they put real effort into making healthy and nutritious food. The customer service is phenomenal -- I've had two queries so far during my time as a customer and both have been resolved very quickly and beyond my expectations.

This has been our go to ready meal service for nearly 2 years. As a neurodivergent couple we find cooking and meal prep really hard so having a subscription with 12 healthy and delicious vegan meals straight to our door is a life saver. 12 lasts us 2 weeks and costs less than a grocery shop. Don't know what we'd do without this service its truly kept us going during hard times and is so so convenient (and yummy!)

Very pleased with the meals, very tasty and healthy. Also like the fact that the packaging can be returned to be used again.

These meals are great, really tasty with good portions. We have a vegan member in our family who struggles to find healthy vegan meals when out dining. Ordering is simple with plenty of choice and delivery is on time. Very impressed with the overall service and experience.

Ordered from Plantly with a confirmed delivery date. That date passed with no delivery. DPD have held the parcel for 4 days with tracking stuck on “we will update you soon”.

The real issue is Plantly’s customer service. Contacted them by email. No response on any channel for 4 days.

I finally did get a reply and they re-sent the package out which I appreciated them re sending the food but the first experience is what stayed with me.

The food is tasty but not sure if I will order again.

I have been having problems with parcels being stolen from my doorstep.
The customer service team at Planty were incredibly helpful and, despite the delivery drivers’ worst efforts! The attention shown to resolving my delivery issues was incredible,
As well as having such a good customer service team, Planty meals themselves are GORGEOUS. Not using any mest means that it’s possible to completely enjoy both thr food as well as the sales back up

Trying this service for a family member who has had difficulty finding healthy, vegan meals elsewhere. I was surprised at the variety of meals and my family member said they tasted great and were full of flavour. It’s a relief to know he’s having something nutritious that is easy for him to heat up. Delivery and ordering were both seamless too.

Well, that what they deserve.

I've had one box so far. Everything has been great so far. Fast delivery. Tasty meals. I'm looking forward to trying more once I get my next box.

Delicious healthy food, much better than takeaways and the delivery on subscription means we're never without a great meal. Great taste, nutrition, and no animals harmed (my essential criterion met!) so, a triple win!

These meals have been a godsend! I aim to eat healthily and have cut out meat, but I was struggling to find the motivation and energy to prepare fresh, nutritious meals with working full time.
The Planty meals are so healthy, varied and, above all tasty and there’s lots to choose from. They’re frozen and quick and easy to cook, using a microwave or oven. I’m going to order some side dishes and puddings next as they look yummy. You can filter based on spice level, low fat, sugar etc. It’s also great that they’re so ethical and you can recycle the packaging back to them. I’m so glad I found this company!

Fantastic meals prepped and ready to eat!

A fabulous selection of tasty meals which arrive by a reliable courier in robust, insulated packaging. Cardboard trays used instead of plastic which is excellent.

My observations so far are these:

Bearing in mind that the food is already cooked, the suggested heating times (microwave) are far too long so my first two meals ended up as mush. Still working on the best microwave temperature and timing for my palate.

There seems to be a high percentage of 'sauce' in some of the meals (last night's about 47%?) so I have cleared my filters and will try different options in future.
