Shipped return to Slovenia at my expense, and they refused it
The filter did not fit in my laundry room and the extra filters had a bad smell to them. I contacted them and it took a very long time to hear from the founder, Mojca, who apologized and told me the only way to get a refund was to ship the unit and filters back to Slovenia at my expense - over $100, which I did. It took over month to get there. Then they refused the return package and sent it back to me.
