Ordered parmo wrap with just garlic
When got home had chilli on instead of garlic
Rang straight away to see if would replace as there error was advised straight NO they said we ordered chilli but online order was definitely just garlic ;checked)
order was over £22 and one person had no tea and had to pay and order from else where
Shocking customer service and lost good regular customers as won’t be returning

These are properly 3 stars. I love the pizza they just screw up my order a lot.

It's been a while since I had my favorite Pizza Nova Pizza. I was shocked when it arrived, yes it was hot but could not make out the pepperoni, I guess there was bacon on it. Over all a poor excuse for a pizza. Sadly after years buying from them I will be going else where

Got a flyer from Pizza Nova in my home in Hamilton. Called. Said that I wanted to order through the Web but that when I sarted entering L8 as my postal code the address was rejected ("no deliveries to your area"). Was asked my first and last name, address, postal code, phone number. Gave them. Was asked what I wanted to order. Repeated that I wanted to order through the Web. Was asked what I wanted to order. Asked to speak to the manager, was told "not available" (Wed @ 1:40 pm). Was asked what I wanted to order. Hanged up.

The in store co workers were coroperative and very helpful in understanding me the cashiers, part timers and even the manger at the location who was Esmeralda gave me way better service than the call centre EVER did they were so disrespectful and if I got names I would honestly report them because why are you working for a pizza store and can’t even listen to what the customer has to say nor respect what they have to say. My partner wanted pizza from pizza nova but personally and truthfully if it wasn’t for the in store people I would never get pizza nova again because of the phone service. So however yes you guys need to fix the call centre It is super unprofessional super disrespectful

Their so called customer service manager told me off after receiving wrong order! He dose not shut up or let you talk. Refused to give his first name and claimed that he is the top shot at the company!!

Pizza Nova Georgetown South. 3 years ago the pizza was to die for ... totally flavoursome & generous in toppings. Second order, felt a little let down. Not enough flavour & order seemed rushed. Felt I should give them a second chance. Ordered today ... by the time I got home, pizza was cold. Flavours were bland & toppings scarce. No toppings within 3 inches of crust. Has there been a change in ownership/management? Won't order from them again.

Pizza Nova is good pizza but not the one in Kitchener, ON, pizza was 3 hours late and when it got to me it was burnt and ice cold. Store customer service was super rude and didn't care if my pizza was cold or late or burnt, no sense in calling head office as they don't seem to care about there good name. Well never, ever call pizza nova and as it was total garbage pizza!!

The pizza here was really fresh and had good deals for 2 toppings or more. The sauces were also great. Arrived pretty fast. Would defiantly order form here again.

I had a great experience with Pizza Nova. Love their pizza and their delivery service is great. It’s always fresh and the crust is amazing. I would highly recommend them as the competition either has uncooked toppings, way too thick crust or if you ask for thin crust they burn it. I have tried all others, but Pizza Nova has always been the best. Keep up the great work and Pizzaz

I remember Pizza Nova from the 1980's since I was a child growing up in Toronto.

Wow, Pizza Nova has Grown Up so much!

Furthermore, the company was founded back in 1963 and has locations all over Ontario!

Anyway, my mother and her friend Annie who came over last night back on Wednesday, June 8th, 2016 and myself of course were in the mood for Good Pizza and so we ended up ordering out from the Pizza Nova located at: 520 Wilson Heights Boulevard, Toronto, Ontario Canada M3H 2V6 (416) 439-0000 since it has been a very long time for me since I ate their food because I NO longer live in Canada and so Pizza Nova definitely was a Treat for me!

On our Large Pizza I honestly do Not remember all of the toppings that we had, but I do remember having Pineapple on it which is My Favorite Topping and I also remember that the Taste was Great!

...so at least I remembered the Most Important Things about the Pizza!

.....and of course, I also remember that we ALL Enjoyed Pizza Nova's Pizza and will be returning back very soon!
