Orderd from Pizza GoGo recently, and it was a bit of a mix. pizza itself was good lots of topping and the crust was crispy. But the delivery took way too long, which was really annoying coz I was so hungry by the time it came! Also, the sides were kinda overpriced for what they are they taste ok but not amazing. Overal, it’s alright if you really want pizza, but they need to fix delivery time and maybe make the sides better :|

Barking Branch and Pizza GoGo Customer Service

Avoid this cheap company, they deliver half cooked pizza which has not been slice. The customer service does not deal with complaint, they cannot help, I am not sure why they have a customer service department who are useless, they does not value customer and treat customers just as numbers. They are only good in ripping off customers. Pizza Hut and Domino pizza are the best, good customer service and value customer loyalty as well.

Got food poising from their pizzas and despite contacting customer services, they haven’t bothered to acknowledge my email let alone respond.
Please stay away from this very dodgy establishment and their clearly unhygienic food practices. You’ll save yourself severe illness.

Overpriced, not wow i dare to say sugar…..

Extremely bad attitude towards the public. It's no surprise they've got lots of bad reviews when there's more than one bad review it does speak volumes. It seems to me like they're got people working for them that have zero training in customer service in the sense they have extremely bad manners don't know how to talk to people over the phone it's unaffectional to speak to someone a certain way.Especially when you're dealing with the public if you're not going to speak to people nazy over the phone, then get another job where you're not working where you'll be dealing with the public uneducated on all levels. I phoned up at half past six todays dated which is the 26th of november 2024. Did not expect to get some inexperience attitude arrogant wannabe i was trying to phone up to place an order pizza delivery asking him was there any deals on he said there was a pizza that was for £24.99 then came out said it'd be better if you can use the app i said that's the reason why I'm calling up.Because I can't use the app then started getting attitude saying as i've already said its £24.99 is that why its called pizza go go because they don't last long there lol

We order 5 Large pizza's from the Reigate branch at 11:45am and were told it would be delivered within 30mins. We ended up waiting 2 hours.. After phoning several times, the staff just laughed at us, when we said that this is unacceptable. Staff are rude and when the pizza eventually arrived pizza was cold.

I’ve been to this restaurant in Northampton on Wellingborough Road several times
Each time they mess up my order, keep me waiting Longer than the amount of time said
Then, when I’m in a rush to get home and eat my food, I fine they still messed up the order on my pizza

Pizza a no no. It was wrong. Worse than domino's. You would of though a newly opened store would try harder. Garlic pizza bread had no taste of garlic. The pizza had no taste at all and was a sloppy mess. Out of business in six months guaranteed. Must try harder

Did the driver crash ???? Literaly no topping left on the PIZZA'S because it was all spread and stuck to the pizza box lid and side ,, TOTALLY UN-EDIBLE AND BOTH PIZZAS WENT STRAIGHT IN THE BIN ... outrageous,, takeaways are getting away with this , £20 straight for the bin , absolutely disgusted,,,

The staff at pizza Gogo is very rude and talks arrogant with their customers. There was this Middle Eastern guy at their Gloucester town centre Branch who was rude and raised his voice at me when I asked him to pack my pizza in a small box and seal it or sticker it. He said to talk to the owner and he doesn’t care about anything . He even shouted at me and I had my every right to demand a refund and asked him for customer service but he refused me. I hope nobody goes to this branch. Moreover their management was missing and there was something shady there. Hope they get checked as the guy didn’t even speak proper English or communicate well enough. Please close this branch down as this is not way you talk to your old customers. Terrible experience. I don’t know how they got the license.

Pizza go go more like a pizza NO NO!
The food was shocking I’ve got one word oily that sums it up I would say. Will not go back enter at your own risk.

The service was dreadful, the pizza was burnt and greasy and the standard of hygiene very questionable. Avoid like the plague. The premises should be closed renovated and restaffed.

This place is the worst pizza gogo shop I’ve ever ordered from. The first thing is they did not send all of my order which I pointed out to the driver. So he said I will call them he did they told him give my money back for the missing order or we will re deliver. I said money back to which the driver said I have no cash . After that he asked for my bank details I said no then I told him send the rest of my order he told me it would take about an hour ok I said. He never came back and i didn’t get a refund. Drivers should not ask for your personal details for a bank transfer it should come from the company.

Tried to order a managers special 3 times at gogo Reading over the phone usual story not understanding English gave up in the end ,10 mins of my life wasted again you loose £30.
And future business.

Pizza gogo willesden, disgusting customer service, rude and abrupt delivery driver. He put the food I ordered on the floor so I called the shop and the man argued with me. I DO NOT recommend WILLESDEN PIZZA GOGO.

I have had the most disappointing experience with the Pizza GoGo Coventry branch. Every time I call to place an order, the person taking the order is consistently rude and exhibits unethical behavior. This level of rudeness and unprofessionalism is unlike anything I have ever encountered. Despite being a frequent customer, the unjustified and unpleasant way they speak to me has made each interaction extremely frustrating.

I initially thought it was just my experience, but recently, a family member called and faced the same rude behavior. This pattern clearly indicates a serious problem with their customer service. I am truly done with this place and want to share my experience here to warn others. I strongly urge the management to address this serious issue immediately. Until then, I will not be ordering from here again and do not recommend this place to anyone.
