thay are lieing robbing tramps that are rude and disgusting and disrespectful order food sat waiting got to about 3 am sed my food has been delivered but noing I haven't received my order as I have ring door bell that picks peppel up coming onto drive or near door so loads off rubbish leis tried to ring rude not English person with bad attitude ancer sed thay came to the house but taken order back as no one in more leis as door bell did not ring nothing so my money needs to be returned

We Waited outside our Hotel for over an hour and still did not get our food which we had payed for. They left our food on the street infront if a wrong door and somebodyelse took it. And they claimed that they had tried calling, which we could see was not true.

I ordered my food on Sunday, 30th April 2023 and I never received my food. It was confirmed at 7:07PM and was expected to come at around 8:00PM, but it never came. I then waited another 2 hours and there was still no update. So I just paid £26 and received NOTHING. I called them so I could receive a refund and they said that it wasn't their fault because I ordered through Deliveroo, even though it was THEIR OWN DELIVERY DRIVER who was going to deliver me the food and not by Deliveroo; to make this experience even better, I could no longer receive a refund due to their "policy". This is probably the worst customer service experience I ever had. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I bought a pizza from pizza hut don't waste your time your money I would go with this pizza go go some people have bad experience some people got good experience the service I've had was excellent pizza was awesome customer service was awesome I enjoyed my pizza. One love 🙏🏾👳🏾‍♂️🙏🏾

Terrible pizza! Terrible service! And rude unhelpful staff. I ordered a pizza and garlic bread duo. When I opened the pizza box it looked like it had been dropped on the floor toppings first! All the toppings had come off and the pizza was spilt in three! It was inedible. I called to tell them and they said they would send another. 40 minutes later still no pizza so rang them then they accuse me of lying saying nobody said they would send another and that if I wanted a refund I needed to complain online! Disgusting never seem anything like it in my life. Oh and no apology whatsoever!!!

Pizza came undercooked and the bloke tried telling me that it’s how they prepare it. And after I told him that I ordered from em multiple times and that the pizza never came with a base that’s came like that.

Ordered before with no problems. Tonight I was argued with my the driver when I was trying to explain where we were on a country lane. He then proceeded to drive over the limit down the middle of the road, nearly taking out an on coming vehicle, my neighbours wall and our driveway wall. He proceeded to argue with me when handing my order over. I called the store and the "manager" just kept saying sorry over me and really couldn't give to flying hoots about the fact we had poor customer service so hung up. Not going back to them! Shocking service

was a big fan. ordered many times before but ended up getting stale pizza and got the wrong crust. spent over 30 minutes trying to explain we had a bad experience . there was literally zero customer service. we even told the staff that we had positive experience prior bur this time was below the standard. instead the staff was just talking over and not letting me finish the conversation. when mentioned that we don't want any refund but we will be posting review on the institution, the staff went ballistic. Not even one 1 courtesy to say "I apologise for your bad experience".

After many years of using Pizza GoGo I have decided no more. this is the Pizza gogo, Hove branch. Around 3 months ago, the pizza's turned from being deep fresh base with lots of cheese and toppings to becoming a sorry excuse for a Pizza. Thought I would give them another go, thinking well anyone can have a bad day. big mistake, another sad excuse for pizza arrived. Today I thought I would give them one last chance. 2 ordered Pizza's arrived, no way was this deep pan, sorry excuse for a pizza, dry thin, not fresh dough, stingy toppings, and virtually no cheese, and the second pizza had a topping missing. Fed up I rang them, they begrudgingly said they would send another two. they arrived the same as the last. I looked at the pizza's and told the delivery guy, tell your boss, I am done with your shop. If they think by making the bases thinner, you wouldn't realise the lack of topping, they are wrong. After having used them both in London, and Hove, for years, I won't ever use them again. I have had better pizza from a budget supermarket. customer lost.

Bad customer service we ordered a pizza couple of months ago the computer made a mistake I change the order I was asking what can we do as I got a global delay, and the manager kicked off me and the sound of an amateur and did not speak English This is more and twice we had a problem with this company. Now I think trading standards should get involved because of the behaviour of this company and food and hygiene expectant needs to be involved. I think this company needs to be investigated on. I really truly do I feel like I’ve been discriminated and I feel like I’ve been put down. I don’t feel chuffed with this company even if I get support or not This company failed to work with his customers do to the managers behaviour the attitude on them at some disgusting. I hope the food credit will make a story. I’m personally making a story and put a stop to it and I do not care what people say. I am listening to stop with the attitude from the takeaway companies like this, it’s now a problem

I had an absolutely amazing experience at pizzagogo in greenleys, Milton Keynes. They have very polite and happy staff. I got the bbq-original thin crust and the hawaiian deep pan,,which were made to perfection. Their bbq wings are also amazing. I loved everything about the place.
I 100% recommend.

Dirty shop with staff not washing their hands. I did not stay to purchase. Typical of this franchise. Buyer beware.

Placed order through their app at 10 pm, called at 11 to check but no one picked up. Then got a bit paranoid and started calling every 5 minutes, still no one picked up the phone. In total called 25 times, waited two hours and no pizza. The next day wife called them and the guy had the audacity to misbehave with her and asked her to speak in Hindi as he did not speak English. Never again never again will we ever even think about ordering through them.

90 minutes to deliver. Phone not answering. Stone cold

I bought a pizza last night and I had to wait for 1 hour and I don’t live far from the restaurant. Also the pizza came cold, raw and with not the toppings I ask for.
To receive insult from the restaurant and the bike rider for complaining I will never order from pizza GoGo ever again. And store I order it from was Lewisham.

Food is extremely greasy, go collect the food yourself by car and its almost cold and we live 2 minutes down the same street. If you get it delivered they spank you for a premium delivery charge which is almost 100% guaranteed to arrive absolutely stone cold?
It's obviously been whacked down the conveyer belt oven at a higher speed and higher temperature which burns the top of the pizza but does not have time to cook the pizza to piping hot as it should be served?
